Lovely lunch/take out spot. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is fresh and veggie forward. All of the pasta, bread, baked goods and sausage are made daily in house. I will come back any time I’m in Traverse City.

We were traveling through Traverse City and wanted to try something local. Unfortunately the pasta dishes we got wasn’t seasoned at all. We tipped when we paid for our food at the counter but was told we had to get our own water and clean and wipe our table when we were done eating. I will say we got fries to share and those were pretty good.

I need to come here every time I go to Traverse City. The sandwiches are some of the best I have ever had. The ciabatta bread is always exactly how I like it, soft and chewy on the inside with a perfect crust. The flavors are great, excellent meat, and high quality accompaniments. My favorite sandwiches are the brisket sandwich and the turkey sandwich. My wife loves the pasta here. It is made fresh with delicious sauces. Everything I have tried here is amazing, I wish this place was in my home town.

Stopped in here to carbo load before the Bayshore race. The first thing we noticed was how fresh everything was – pasta made in-house. I liked the open kitchen and being able to see my food made fresh! It was absolutely delicious. We had the ravioli and sweet potato soup.

Just had the best falafel wrap of my life! The falafel itself was moist on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside, and the combination of flavors between the thick, fluffy yogurt and spicy sauce was incredible. The pita was grilled and tasty. The portion size was huge and worth the price. Literally my only suggestion would be to wrap it a little differently for carry out, maybe in some wax paper, because it was too messy to eat on the go. I had to get a fork and plate

New favorite place in TC! Farm fresh goodness; all natural and everything that I have eaten here was so delicious. Bunch of nature loving, happy people who work here. Fresh cut flowers, and peaceful ambiance. The red beet/watermelon/mint salad is to die for. I loved the falafel sandwich. Big bean and kale salad was amazing. Recommending this place to everyone!!!!

I almost didn’t get a picture of the food before it was gone! Soo delicious and gave me the energy to get through my day! The cashier was so nice and helped me make a decision from their delicious menu. Would love to come back to try their other goods!
