The guy dealing with the drivethru tried to tell me i couldnt pay with cash because he didnt know how to use the machine properly, he was rude while i was ordering, rude when i got to the window.My boyfriend wanted 4 4 pieces and we only got two, then i didnt even get my nuggets with my biggie bag. Im missing half of my order! This is ridiculous

I got off from work headed to Wendy’s nobody in the parking lot. Nobody inside it is now currently 11:55 PM. The store does not close until 2 AM. I drive to the window and the person on the intercom was very nice when they told me to hold on for one second OK no problem. Why am I holding on if you have zero customers inside or out? Just close this location down already!

If I could rate zero I would. Sat in line on 30 minute lunch break for 22 minutes, with 2 cars ahead of me. Food was ice cold, and not one person working there was worried about putting forth any effort at all to hurry. Won’t be going back; paid almost $12 for a single meal and should have saved my money as I threw the lunch away.

I went earlier, just before 7. I had to pull up to wait on my order. I waited for about 15 minutes and then ended up leaving with a partially wrong order anyway. Also, the girl at the window handed me back my card without offering my receipt so I didn’t get it. Regardless, I got a spicy asiago but I ordered a regular. I still decided to eat it because it wasn’t that big a deal, but halfway through the sandwich I started seeing completely raw parts of the chicken. Insane. So gross and never going back there. I have a photo for proof. Do better or shut down.

No cheese sauce on the fries. Didn’t ask me if no cheese sauce was good or not. Just didnt get any. Applied a free 6pc with purchase didnt get it. The guy in the drive thru (bigger man) had an attitude when I tried to ask about the missing nuggets. Practically threw the food at me through the window. I came because it was a cheaper options. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back. Food was old, soaked in oil, sloppy and thrown together. I took one bite and threw away, worried about getting food poisoning. It was not busy, we were the only people in the drive thru. Not only was the food awful, the lady with the crazy eye was disrespectful.

Please allow me to finish my order before interrupting. I didn’t even finish getting “I want a junior bacon cheeseburger meal” out of my mouth before I was interrupted so I couldn’t say how I wanted it until the very end after I was asked other questions. I was so flustered I didn’t order the right things, I was so rushed. I didn’t the right sandwich or toppings.

One car behind me today. They made me pull to the front after ordering at drive thru. They forgot I was there. Waited out there fifteen minutes then had to go in to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t keep up with pulling up one vehicle you shouldn’t be doing it to pretend you’re hitting your service time’s.
