My wife and I tried out Pi Thesis for the first the tonight!
We got the Bro’s BBQ Chicken and cheesy bread.
They don’t have cheesy bread on the menu but when I mentioned it, Spence quickly said he could make it.
I don’t normally go for BBQ chicken pizza because I don’t like when there’s too much BBQ sauce. I felt that this showed some good restraint with the BBQ sauce, it was the right amount in my opinion.
The dough is very flavorful and hearty. Not dry at all.

My husband and I ordered delivery to the brewery across the street and it was one of the best calzones I’ve ever had! The crust was super crispy and tasty and the topping-to-cheese ratio was perfect, which so many places get wrong. But the best part was that the gentlemen who brought us the food came back after we had paid specifically to bring us an extra knife and fork (which we hadn’t thought to ask for!). 100/10 thoughtfulness. And friendliness. They’re super friendly. We’ve also had a couple of their salads, which weren’t what we expected (shredded lettuce instead of larger leaves) but they were super tasty with a perfect amount of toppings! Definitely check them out!

2nd review, 2nd chance. I ordered the same pizza pepperoni and green chili it was really good this time to my surprise. I’m glad I gave them a second chance I will order it again for sure

We called on a Saturday to place a pizza order around 1:00 p.m., because they show open at noon. The person that answered said Pi Thesis doesn’t open until 3:30. I called back then, and a different person said they don’t open till 4 (?), but give them until 4:15 to get set up (??). We called back to place our carryout order, they said it’d be 25 minutes. When we got there at the designated time, they said okay, we’ll get your order started, because they waited until we arrived to start the order – what the heck?? After waiting another 20 minutes, they came out and said their pizza dough was bad. No apology, just stated the fact and said they’d refund the order – no offer for a replacement, nothing. Someone else came out and genuinely apologized, but this was a frustrating and ridiculous experience, continually being pushed out, and not receiving anything for it. I don’t know if Ironwood is just not set up to offer pizza? Not sure what to think about this perplexing experience.

The Italian Stallion: 9.5/10, tiny bit acidic but the topping are great loved the pickles and the crust is a 10 out of 10.
The 3.1415: 10/10, I have a wheat and dairy allergy so I got the cauliflower crust and dairy free cheese with pepperoni, onion, pineapple, mushrooms, and banana peppers. Best allergy free pizza I’ve had in three years.
We will be back…frequently.

What fantastic pizza. In house made dough, with fun culture themed pizzas, and a local famous Johnny Utah meatball toasted sub! It is destination pizza for us and Spence the owner is fantastic!

Actually ordered from Kiln It Paint your own pottery. They delivered the pizza fresh and hot to us so we can paint and munch. Delicious pizza! Expertly well made. Highly recommend you grab a beer at Marble or paint at Kiln It and order yourself a pizza or a sub!

Great ingredients. The pizza toppings taste high quality. The bread sticks were also good. I had an issue with an order once and they went out of their way to correct it. It’s a great spot especially in a section of town that doesn’t have a lot of genuine non chain options. I hope they stick around for a long time. It’s actually inside of ironwood restaurant in case it’s confusing.
