I have no complaints about the service or atmosphere but the food was just flavorless. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. Price was too high which I was hoping at least the food would be worth it totally wrong. The meat seemed like it was boiled or something no salt the papa asada had way too much butter and trust me we like butter but we didn’t even eat it. We threw almost all our food away. Terrible experience. We had to wait over an hour to be served, and to top it all off, the food arrived cold. The worst part wasn’t even that, but the attitude of the waiters, who instead of solving the problem, just contradicted us and gave us the runaround. I absolutely do not recommend it.

This is the most toxic relationship I’ve ever had. Food is great which is why I keep coming back but the service is TERRIBLE. They keep raising the prices but the service keeps getting worse. They treat me like I’m getting the food for free. They get annoyed when I ask for extra limes and onion as if I’m not paying $15 for an order. I wish I didn’t have to interact with the employees because they’re all so rude and look like they don’t wanna be there. It’s not just like location either.. they’re all like that. At this location, an employee named Dior Hernandez was not only rude, but she screamed at my husband then lied to me thinking I wouldn’t figure out it was her and took no accountability for her actions. If it wasn’t for the food, I wouldn’t ever go back to any location.
