I visited the Lantana Pizza Hut recently.
From the moment I walked in, the experience was absolutelyfantastic. .
Wow, what a beautiful store. The building, the atmosphere, and yes, even the restrooms wers amazing. Ha. Ha.
I was greeted at the front counter by an employee named Robert, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding. ( You can’t teach the attitude he had)
He was friendly, professional, and really made sure my order was perfect. Great attitude, and after the day I had, he really reminded me that I can choose the mood I present to others.
I believe he was in management, or should be, his uniform was slightly different than the other folks working.
While I was there, a man named Joseph, I don’t think that’s right but I apologize, who Robert mentioned was his supervisor, also greeted me with a warm and friendly “Welcome to Lantana Pizza Hut!”
The supervisor was clearly very busy with multiple phone calls during my meal, which I did my best not to eavesdrop on.
( Whoa, I feel like he has some experience coaching in University).
It’s clear they care about their customers.
The great service was matched by the food, which I admit I should hsve saved leftovers. My pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. I don’t know what they do different at this Pizza Hut, but it doesn’t taste like the Pizza Hut back home. No comment on where… I don’t order from there for a reason…
I decided to eat in the dining room and had an excellent, relaxing time. It was a wonderful experience all around, and I will definitely be returning. I will be bringing my team with me to teach them about true Southern Hospitality. Thank you Robert and Joseph, I am sorry if that is wrong, ( he was middle aged ( maybe 35 to 40 at best), had a beard, but not Momoa style, & really gave off the farm boy vibe. I’d hire him to stand guard at my warehouse or fix my tractor. Ha.
Kudos to the employee Robert and, “Joseph” , and the entire team at this location!

P.s. If this is seen by the team, I was the guy that asked you about the tree that is trimmed up, way up. Just knock it down…! Thank you for the unexpected, truly wonderful experience! It made my day! Probably made a few others that day as well!
I was in the drive thru line at approximately 7:25, was number 3 in line. When I was at the window, the time was 7:30.
Upon being asked about the order, I was told “it is still in the oven. You can wait here”. About 5-7 minutes later, I was presented an order that was not mine. The employee looked confused, checked around and then stated again “it is in the oven”.
Now there were 2 more vehicles behind me and I was asked if I would park so the others could get their items.
I came into the store to wait. Upon entering, I was asked my name so I stated I was in the drive thru lane and the order wasn’t completed.
At this time I was told my order was #3 in line for the oven (time now 7:45-7:50) and that I could have a complimentary soda for the inconvenience (politely declined).
When the item in the oven was completed (which I presume was the pasta) I was given the pizza and pasta but not the wings (employee went and retrieved). I was not given a “thank you” nor a “sorry for the wait”.
I feel that the pasta was overlooked until I arrived at the store. If this is the case, I should have been given the option of passing on the pasta or to wait for it.
When I arrived with the food at my house (less than 10 minutes from the store), the pizza was not correct (given thin crust vs hand tossed), it was cold and the wings were cool to warm.
Being asked for a tip prior to receiving my order is wrong. If I could I would take the tip back.
This store has lost a customer. I will not return, nor will I recommend anybody to patronize this location.
1-star for frequently not honoring nationality advertised specials or promotions.
It’s frustrating to show up and be expected to pay full price. Even their local app ‘deals’ are significantly worse than their competitors.
The location is neat and clean though, with plenty of tables to dine in.
Update: Management was unhelpful with latest order. Delivery driver either lied or delivered to wrong house
