Love Hop Hing! These guys are consistently our go-to for Chinese takeout. I normally get the vegetable lo mein, but have lately been hooked on the vegetable chow mein. The portions are great and, even with these guys being constantly busy, the food has always been fresh and fast. My kids’ favorites are the sesame balls and corn nuggets on the appetizer menu. Hubby has a really bad shellfish allergy that I have to notify them about when I place the order and they have always been very careful about providing a safe meal for him.

I looked this place up online, never heard of them before. WOW! I saw some bad reviews but almost all were 5 stars. Love the food, portions are absolutely huge for the price and so fast. Definitely recommended. I will drive from the west side of Cleveland just to order from here. The lady was so kind and helpful and very easy to strike up a conversation while you wait for your food which is super fast. Absolutely amazing place. Keep up the good work fellows

I think this is the best Chinese take out in Medina (keep in mind buffets are a separate category). Huge portions even when getting a small. The lo mein and steamed dumplings are favorites of mine. They are also lighting fast. I usually call, order, then leave. By the time I get there in less than 15 minutes they usually have my order ready.

I have been ordering since I moved here in the late 90!s. This was the first time it was disappointing. The fried rice was cold and unflavorful. No meat or peas or veggies jn it. General tsao was dry and tasted old. My order was not correct and the eggrolls were soggy and tasteless. So disappointing.

Been coming here for over 10 years! Literally the BEST place to get steamed dumplings! Everywhere else serves pot-stickers Hop Hing in Medina HAND makes the dumplings and the quality shows, certainly a must try. They are made with pork, and you can also get them fried if you prefer them crispy!
Crab Rangoons go pretty hard also! The photos are a specialty, Crablings = Crab Rangoon + Dumplings! Those were super amazing! :3

I kind of get a kick out of reading the one star reviews. From people who fault the restaurant for not sending a mechanic out to fix their car. Or the occasional complainer of too small container size. You can’t please everybody all the time. At least those people are NEVER going to shop here again. Good! It will make my wait time shorter.
Michelle and her husband, and family, work hard to provide the best Chinese food we have found in this area. They are nice people. They provide delicious food at a fair price. In 17 years, I’ve probably ordered from them hundreds of times, and never once have I had a complaint. I know that no food service is perfect, but if you can complain about Hop Hing, more than likely no one can meet your expectations. If you like someplace else, go there. Makes my line shorter!

NEVER AGAIN! We have ordered from Hop Hing dozens of times in the past, but the last two times th portions were less than half of what a typical restaurant provides. We ordered Sweet and sour chicken, General Tso’s, and Chicken lo Mein, pork fried ric, and egg rolls. We ordered the ‘large meals’. What a freaking joke! The portions were smaller than normal meals. We spent $86.00 (before tip) for a meal that might have enough leftovers for one person. The containers were so small they looks like small sauce containers. NEVER AGAIN!
