We order from this location frequently and we have had our order messed up a couple times but they have always ensured it was made right before we leave from picking it up, so I never had a reason to leave anything negative for them.
This last time we ordered delivery, which we usually don’t do, and our “Deep Dish 3 Cheese Howie Break +Bacon” came and when we opened the box my jaw dropped. I just don’t understand how you look at this and go “Yea… That will make the customer happy, send it!”. It just boggles my mind that this was allowed to leave the kitchen to be honest, but here we are. With bread like this, The Hungry Howie’s in Jackson doesn’t feel very far away.

Have ordered here many times, have never got such a subpar pizza in my life. Zero flavored crust when I asked for extra, no Parmesan on pizza or the cheesy bread. Can literally count the pepperonis on the pizza of a “Pepperoni Duo” pizza. 2 inch wide crust and almost no toppings. What a joke

Absolutely terrible ordered my pizza went over my order three diff times, to come home and my order is wrong, has tons of sauce not flavored crust and don’t have extra cheese, called spoke to the manager he said come get my money back! Asked him if he wanted the pizza back he said no that’s not our policy! So then I come to get my money back and the owner is there TOTALLY EMBARRASSING, He’s basically saying I’m lying, show him a picture he still says I’m lying! He don’t even have the right name on my order it’s under Cherie and my name is Ashley! Basically calling me a liar, and come on now sir you couldn’t even get my name right, let alone my order! Just totally rude and I will never be back there, how embarrassing for an owner to treat a customer like that! Totally unacceptable

My pizza arrived hot, fresh, and escorted by the fluffiest delivery driver I’ve ever seen.
Not only did she show up on time, but he also locked eyes with me like, “This is your cheat day, human. Make it count.” That level of commitment? Deserves a tip and a belly rub.

Delivery experience: Un-fur-gettable.
Would I order again? Only if they keep the canine courier program.

First and last time I’ll be ordering. Ordered a large pizza and a cheese bread online said it would be ready in 15 minutes arrived in 25 minutes was told it would be just a few more minutes. Came back in in 5 minutes then was told someone messed up and my order was never made and now I have to wait even longer. I waited 45 minutes total from time of order. Then she tells me they messed up someone stapled my receipt to another box! With my full name and phone number on it. How can you tell me it will be a few minutes if you never laid eyes on my food? Finally get back home to eat and the pizza isn’t even cut! Very disappointed with my service!
