1. Gave my husband the wrong order.
Told us yo come.pick up our order. Ask for the other order back (we left it at home)

Lastly, chewing my pepper steak what i thought was a stringy onion was a long black strand of hair.
First time I ever been disappointed. Everyone else’s meal was fine…..I can hardly believe some else’s hair was in my mouth.

I bought lunch from Jin Jin on 5/21/2025. I bought Honey Chicken and Sesame Chicken the food was tough and hard and dry. I called the manager to let him know that the food was hard tough and dry. The manager told me that he couldn’t do anything concerning my order. He tried to tell me that the food becomes tough after you let it sit for awhile. I told him that’s a lie because I order from them all the time. I usually eat off my food 2 days and never experience this before. Anyone ordering from this restaurant please be careful their food is tough and hard and old.

Wait was a little long but they were very busy, continuous call in and walk in orders. My family ordered orange chicken, chicken with mushrooms, & sweet and sour chicken combos, all of which come with pork fried rice and egg rolls. Also ordered teriyaki chicken kabobs, plain and vegetable lo mein and egg drop soup. Everything was hot and delicious with large portions. I’m having leftovers for lunch! Price was reasonable. Will definitely be back again and again.

Food is delicious. The restaurant could use a little better appeal However nonetheless, the food is fresh , hot and serving size is great. Also great customer service in the restaurant by the young man who was up front. This was a hidden jem. Prices weren’t too bad either.

What happened to Jin Jin’s because they use to have the best Chinese food in Monroe but it is absolutely disgusting now. I wasted my money because we couldn’t even eat it. The wings tasted old like dog or something and the egg rolls were disgusting. Even the egg drop soup tasted bland tasted just like water just terrible. I’ve had frozen Chinese food that tasted way better. My sister said the same thing and I hadn’t even told her about my experience. She wasted all of her food as well.
