I got two chicken Alfredo’s and two medium specialty pizzas and the chicken alfredo it was maybe a couple bites of food that’s it. It was a pathetic sad excuse of a chicken alfredo both of them and they were over $7 Do better Dominos don’t start overcharging for a dollar menu chicken alfredo. I do not blame the workers at all I know it’s all about weight and distribution so Domino’s I’m rating you!!!

The stuffed crust pizza is really good. Not Valintinos good, but good for the price. Service has always been fast and workers are friendly. The location of the store is a little dark at night, and if I’m judging by the looks of the area, it might be slightly sketchy. However, I’ve never had an actual issue with my safety while picking up pizza in the dark by myself here. This location is pickup and delivery only.

Really disappointed with my Domino’s order today. I paid extra for pinpoint delivery and expected decent quality, but the pizza arrived with missing toppings and overall it just wasn’t up to the mark. What made it worse was the customer service — when I called the store to explain the issue, the person on the phone was very rude and actually hung up on me. I called again hoping to resolve it, but the response was still disrespectful and dismissive. As a regular customer, I honestly expected much better service and basic courtesy. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Pretty disappointed in today’s experience. We had ordered from the (Saunders) location in Lincoln, NE last week and were pleasantly rewarded with a great pizza. So much so, that we ordered again today…and were delivered a sub-par quality product that was both oily and not at all hot. My order took 26 minutes (the drive, not the entire order) for a (1.5 mile) 8 minute drive, and I can only assume my driver was given several deliveries at once because 1) it was cold and took far longer to deliver than it should have, and I watched multiple stops on the tracking app and 2) I’m fairly certain my order was at the bottom of the pile because (as you can see by my photos) a significant amount of cheese and grease was stuck to my box lid when I opened it…and this was not even a tall (deep dish). The driver was very nice and followed no-contact procedures, and the pizza had great flavor after we reheated it but, overall the best I can say, at least for this location and in my experience, it’s definitely a hit or miss situation…and today was a miss.
5/16/23 Edit: OK, definitely an edit worthy experience. I am happy to put it out there that this location has really turned it around. About a year after my first review, we decided to give it another try and….Oh yeah! Huge improvement. So a week later, we gave it another go, and again, the order was prompt, correct, and delicious! We are Domino’s fans from way back and delighted at whatever changes were made that brought the quality back up. Kudos! Glad to be back!

I ordered pickup at this location because it was on my way home. Next time I’ll just go the extra mile for my regular store. I’ve never seen a pizza with so little cheese on it. Maybe if I had ordered extra cheese it would’ve been almost a normal amount ♀️

I had a great experience with this particular Domino’s location for the first time. The spicy jalapeño and pineapple chicken, double pepperoni thin crust and double Italian sausage thin crust I ordered were loaded and cooked perfectly.

I visited this location yesterday afternoon and had the absolute worst experience. My pizza was made completely wrong & Fang, the manager was no help at all. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in all my years of eating out. The way she also speaks to her staff members, which I witnessed, is completely uncalled for. Something needs to be done about this. No person like her should ever be a part of management. I have been a manager in fast food & the way she handled things is just not the way any situation should ever be handled.

I ordered a Thin Extra Veggie pizza tonight for my daughter, but when we got home, we discovered that it was a Hand Tossed pizza with no veggies, just bread with tomato sauce. I called the restaurant to let them know that this was not what I ordered. The person on the phone said it was correct according to their records and that there was nothing they could do. He then mentioned that if I could return the pizza, he would replace it, but it shouldn’t be touched after I told him my daughter start eating. I have been customer for nearly 7 years. This will be my last time.

I ordered a pizza and the man Came at my door.He saw the money clearly in my hand and when i tried to take the pizza he wouldn’t let me and demanded the money first.after i gave him the 50 for a 25$ pizza and the man gave me 20 when telling me it was 25.The pizza was Cold and tasted Microwaved.Never ordering here again.
