I want to the Little Caesars on North 30th and Ames Avenue in Omaha Nebraska and the manager that works there he’s Asian in bald bigger guy that works there I went there today to get my breadsticks made fresh with extra butter regular parmesan on them auntie refused to make my food and put my money back down on the counter and stated that last time I came I complained about my food and said that it wasn’t done right so he didn’t want to make it again. I said sir you got me mistaken with someone else that was not me I felt some type of way and was very embarrassed buy all the people that were in the store for him falsely making accusations that were accurate about me. I am going to make an attempt to get ahold of corporate tomorrow because this needs to change. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him but this isn’t right for him to be refusing to make food for people. And he don’t own this store

*Update: So there wasn’t garlic butter on the crust this time but the pretzel pizza was definitely lacking. I ordered two of the stuffed crust pretzel pizzas this time. Here’s a breakdown of the pizzas.
Crust: the outer crust barely had any cheese in it at all and the crust under the pizza was very thin, floppy, and soggy.
Toppings: there was hardly any cheese sauce on the pizzas at all and the cheese on top was spread thinly as well. The pepperoni was fine but I do wish they would cut down on the extra pretzel salt. I realize it’s difficult to keep the extra salt from spilling over onto the rest of the pizza but it would be nice if there were a way.
I get that Little Caesars goal is to provide cheap pizza but I don’t think it should be as poor quality as the pizzas I got today.

Did an online order for a 6pm pick up, never received the notification or email that it was ready, started calling the store at 605pm every 5 minutes for 40 minutes and no one ever answered. At 645pm went to the store to find out what was going on and they never made my order even though at 556pm the online system showed it was being finished up. Didn’t get an apology, explanation or anything about my order. The food overall is good but this is the second time this has happened where my order wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be. Not sure if I want to try again here or just try the other pizza place that is basically across the street.
