Decent bar food! Hizemans located in Naperville was a nice place for lunchtime! Rather for the locals, family, large crowds or newbies! Plenty of seating and very much spacious. Along with flat screen tvs that decorated the entire bar! You can tell this place be LIT for all the games!
Our server was named Max. He was very attentive and pretty much laid back! His politeness and aura was amazing!. Customer service to the MAX! Haha! He greeted and seated our table right away. And took out orders which took no time to served our table.
We ordered the BBQ boneless wings for starters. And for our entrees we order the elote dog, Philly, grilled cheese for the kid and the famous Hizeman smashed burger with two patties! Everything was good. Kid enjoyed her grilled cheese soft and cheesy! As it should be! My Philly and dog was delightful. I was craving a beef dog and the Philly sounded great! Burger was juicy, cheesy and the flavors were making my taste buds do the Macarena! Hahah! The Hizeman burger was a HIT! ! Great job chef! Simple menu and rocked the table! Always great to have a simple meal with no issues.
The vibe was very much a bar scene with BOMB energy! Conversations left and right, a competitive environment with laughter and memories and bets to be made or broken!! Check em out!

We enjoyed the food as it was nice and fresh out the fryer. Its located downtown Naperville so the clientele looked very college based which is fine. The drinks were good and overall pricing for it all wasn’t bad. My only concern was with our server. She was sooo busy it was so hard to get her attention even with her walking past us often. I’m not sure if it was due to noise volume but she could’ve been a little more attentive. We had to get the host few times to get her to the table. I don’t like chasing my server for simple things like napkins, etc.

Had a great lunch here with friends. I had the California Chopper salad which was excellent. It was more than enough. The dressing, eggs and chicken were very flavorful. Our server Gabby S. was excellent! Attentive and provided great suggestions!

10/10 experience. I have been here at least 3 times now. Every time I have been met with a relaxing experience.
The drinks are great, the servers are attentive and the food is delicious!
I brought my friends and siblings here and we ended up staying for the club, it was so much fun. The DJ does not miss with their music mix, I had a blast and will definitely be coming back.
Definitely check this place out if you like good vibes and good food.
Shout out to the servers and the staff in general for working so hard during this busy season.

This was probably our 3rd or 4th time at Hizemans and food keeps being delicious. Every time we visit we have never been disappointed with the food. However, they have definitely dropped the ball when it comes to the service. No one came around at least once to see how food was or if anything was needed, one guy just served us the food and left it at the table without saying a word(no biggie) but same guy came for our card to charge us and also didnt say a word after just dropped the receipt and card on the tabl and almost kinda threw it at the table. One waitress was just standing behind our booth then proceeded to have a seat at a table and was just on her phone while her coworkers were working. Overall very unpleasant experience with service but food delicious

Fantastic experience at Hizemans! My brother and I had a great time sitting at the bar. Practically have a TV everywhere you look and a massive view of the game in the main seating area(seen in my photos). Definitely recommend the fried mac and cheese donuts. We also enjoyed the shrimp tacos and Philly, but they may be a little spicy for someone not looking for it. Overall a fun time and awesome food with good service.

This was me and my husband’s first time this morning back at Hizemans since we moved. The drinks were not as good as we remembered… The food was great although it was a wait. Even though it was a very very BUSY restaurant! Understandably so.
Our server Katie took great care of us was very friendly attentive, and it is clear that she cared for her customers. Any issues was taken care of immediately with her . 10/10 SERVICE!
A bit loud! But very fun atmosphere especially with the BEARS!! We will be coming back for the amazing service and drafts. Cocktails ok…

I wanted to give a Huge shout out to your manager Harris. Our group of 6 people celebrated New Year’s at your establishment. Not only did Harris make sure that we were all taken care of but he also went the extra mile after I had left my expensive Scarf behind on New Years Eve ( I had called a couple of days later, but was told no scarf was turned in) , he took it upon himself and was able to recover my scarf. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We will definitely go back, after receiving this great service.

The menu here is unreal. So creative, unique foods and cocktails. I got the elote dog with a side salad. So good. It was also really nice to sit by the big open window in the front and people watch. Service was great, I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately can’t provide more than one star. This is the second time I’ve tried to give my business to Hizemans, and also the second time I was unable to get an order placed.
The servers are run thin, but to not greet a table for 20 minutes, how do you expect anyone to stay? We saw 2 other tables sit after us and leave as well. Management needs to better.
Great atmosphere and food looks good, but haven’t been able to try it.
