Update: still one star ugh… They never put the crust toppings and they have started not including the sauce cup as well.. I wish they would clean house and hire new people already… They just get consistently worse. I’ll have to start driving to another location.
This is awful… When you order delivery, they give you a plain pizza with none of the toppings that you ordered and paid for, and when you call them they say “unfortunately we can’t do anything for you, just call doordash” when it isn’t doordashes fault. It’s this locations fault because the workers are too lazy to make the order correctly, and they are banking on us just chalking it up as a loss, but not me. I will go in person and bring them back the crappy pizza they made and demand they remake it with ALL OF THE TOPPINGS THAT I ORDERED AS WELL AS THE CRUST TOPPERS. I’m going to include pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. They should be ashamed. This location is awful.. Marcos at other locations are really good but this one needs to fire a few people and start over.. unacceptable.
I tried them again and they only gave me THREE onions on the entire pizza… This is so ridiculous. Paying for toppings and not getting them.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for about 8 years, but I think I need to share this: Please, guys, distribute the ingredients proportionally. I ordered a four-vegetable pizza, and it looks like whoever made it just grabbed four handfuls of each ingredient and threw them onto different parts of the pizza. I had to spread the ingredients around myself. I would have shared a picture, but it would have been embarrassing for you, and I don’t want that.

I had Marco’s pizza for the first time in Arkansas in 2018 and thought it was the best quality chain pizza for their classic pepperoni. Since I got to Dallas, I’ve been so disappointed by the comparably low quality of food I’ve been getting from Marco’s in DFW. It feels like they use way lower quality ingredients and there is more hourly labor making the pizza instead of the actual franchise owners themselves. I ordered pizza and wings here on Sunday 10/9/23 and was very disappointed with the food quality. I did not even take 1 bite of the wings and discarded them. The wings were supposed to be Buffalo but instead showed up in a weird orange-yellow hue and the bleu cheese they provided was almost as yellow. I’ve tried all 3 Marco’s now in my area (Carrollton/Plano) and have had a similar experience with all 3.
I added the corner of a white napkin in the photo so you can see how discolored their Buffalo and Bleu Cheese dressings looked when my food arrived.
The pizza was okay enough to eat and the little cup pepperoni was good, but the cheese was oxidized and dry when it arrived. I think it’s because it’s a lower quality than what I used to get at Marco’s in Arkansas.
If you only order from Marco’s for the little pepperoni cups, consider trying Mountain Mike’s! They have the same kind of classic pepperoni pie. I’ve tried dining in at the one in Colony and it was a much better experience!

The man working was very kind to us and helped me carry the pizzas from the store to my car because my hand were full with my small children when I went to pick up. I also love the GLUTEN FREE pizza option, my toddler is intolerant and I’ve been trying to find places to order from on the days I don’t cook. This has never popped up in my search but now that I know I will definitely be back (not certified GF because it’s cooked in a kitchen with flour, but it is a cauliflower crust).
Both the original pizza and GF pizza were delicious! Definitely will be back!

I eat here at least twice a week. Food is always fresh and hot. Well prepared dough. Not a surprise why Marcos Pizza grows so fast. They also deliver, and deliver they really fast. Never happened any delay. I also took a survey and got a free cheesy bread. Try their salads and subs as well. With my purchases and being a rewards program member, each mouth I get about $30 overall discounts. Best place for pizza lovers. Highly recommended!!
