My order was taken soon as I approached register. The employee who took my order was a manager I’m pretty sure. He was very cordial, and accommodating! He kept a close eye on his employees, and gave a bit of guidance here & there, with a smile!The employees all seemed very plesant,and focused which created a tip top work environment! The drive thru was moving. He brought our food out for us, as he did for the other customers! The food was very fresh, burgers juicy, fries crispy & hot! Store was clean, soda area clean, bathroom old, but clean. Even smelled clean!

Worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to I got two breakfast sandwich one had hard and stale meat and egg . When I went to check see if the other one was any better I found hair and lint in the food never again I highly recommend no one go to this lactation you will regret it I live 5min way but I rather drive 20 min get food from better one that does the franchise Justice .

The food here is ok, if they can get it right sometimes. I came here a couple times and asked for no cheese and I got just that, cheese on my hamburgers. They also take their time making the food. Sometimes I want to come here for lunch but i can’t risk it sometimes because of the wait time.
The good thing about this Carl’s is that it is 24 hours and they still have the $5 boxes for sale. The jalapeño poppers are pretty good too.

The location here is good with adequate parking. There’s some homeless activity in the vicinity but after going to the place many times I’ve never had an issue.
The quality and speed of the food delivery is surprisingly really great.
The customer service has improved in my opinion. Namely the worker Melissa, Kelsey and Saida. The food is really good and price is…fair, so i don’t mind returning again.
