I ordered this pizza to be delivered to my home at roughly 7:10 pm. The pizza didn’t arrive until 8:30pm, when it did arrive it was delivered by Doordash (apparently Pizza Hut was too busy or didn’t care) and they delivered it to the wrong address despite it clearly stating the address. The quality of the pizza was terrible. It was tasty, however the pizza didn’t look like it was cut, it was stuck to the bottom of the box, and there were holes in the pieces and not all of the pieces were cut. It was very disappointing. I’ve ordered from them before a couple times and there’s usually some kind of issue. Avoid them if you can or dine in.

This is the second time i have ordered cinnamon rolls and they have came with barely any frosting, the ones without frosting are hard and gross. Each time i have paid for & ordered extra icing to dip them in, the first time i got no icing. the second i was asked if i need it because they already have icing on them. Overall they were good, but the store definitely needs some better people working. Both times i ordered for curbside pickup and waited in my car for about 5 minutes before just going in to get the food myself.

This review will cover three separate orders from this location. First time ordered a few different things such as pizza and dessert. They were out of the dessert I ordered and sent a different one to my house without letting me know of the change. Also payed extra for toppings on the pizza but it all came as pepperoni. Called them and they explained they were out of the items on my order but still charged for them. They gave me a coupon that did not work. Second time we placed the order on their app, it gave us an error on checkout and kicked us out so we went back in to complete the order. Unfortunately they changed us for both orders but only sent one because they figured it was an incorrect order. It was 90 dollars for the order we didn’t receive. They said they couldn’t reimburse us until the manager was in but when we called in they sent us to corporate to refund the money, but even after being told it went through never got the money back. Third time was a call in, my partner went to pick it up but no one was in the store. Someone else came into the store to pick up their food and once seeing no one was their he went to the back of the kitchen still no workers. He did find the worker out back sleeping in his car. He had no food prepared. This location is not one I will be using going forward.

Went in to eat haven’t been there in years. Place was empty. The waitress was so quiet I had to ask her what she said, she wanted to know what we wanted to drink, she gave us menu’s. No prices on the menu, I said can we have a menu that has prices, waitress said the prices change all the time and they don’t want to have to change menus all the time, didn’t want to order without knowing the price of what we were ordering, waitress didn’t seem to want to help or be there, so we left without ordering and went to Boulder Tap. Thought we would give them another try. Wouldn’t recommend them.

I rarely order out. In fact this is the first time I’ve gotten food delivered in almost 4 years. I’d never ordered from this Pizza Hut in Grand Rapids, and have always liked their food- actually used to work for Pizza Hut in Coeur D’ Alene, ID. When I got my food I was disappointed to see they hadn’t brought ranch as I’d asked. They also didn’t put the icing dip for the cinnistix in the box. The pizza was undercooked and the “extra cheese” doesn’t seem to have been added either.

I guess I should’ve known that these days things are different and people don’t put their heart into making things a positive experience for the customer… maybe my expectations were too high… or maybe I should’ve gotten exactly what I paid for?

I’m only giving 2 stars because my food is great and the staff was quick to correct the mistake, but when I was explaining to the manager that there’s a difference between icing and frosting and he has the audacity to tell me that I’m wrong and that I ordered icing, but I ACTUALLY ordered frosting, then I don’t know what to think…if their management is incompetent at a fundamentally basic level, then I’m worried about ever ordering here again

As much as I love Pizza hut, sadly I can never recommend the one in the Grand Rapids area. I am a Hotel Manager of a hotel in the area and when guests arrive in town they are always looking for a place to dine while they are visiting. I have offered Pizza Hut as one of our restaurants in the area in the past. On numerous occasions the guests have come back and told me that the dining area is closed and they are only doing delivery for the night. Also 2 of the past 4 times I have visited the restaurant, I have been told they have closed the dining area for the night and sent the server home. This is always as early as 8pm. So I no longer direct guests of my hotel to this restaurant because it looks bad on the part of my hotel that I am directing them to a place that is already closed.

My husband and I moved back to Grand Rapids almost 3 years ago. Pizza Hut has always been our favorite. Well let me tell you we have been thoroughly disappointed with the service and the food.
We have had our credit card number stolen and $100’s of dollars charged. We got our money back but it took a while. The food is never what we ordered. We order light sauce and it comes with thick sauce. The delivery time goes over by 10 to 20 minutes. We tip 20%or higher.
We have let managers know the bad issues and nothing changes. So it’s time we break up. You’re not the way you used to be. This time it’s you not me.
