Overall a good experience. We came with a group of 9 and had no wait to order. Waited less than 10minutes with the food brought to us. Also had multiple spots to where we could’ve sat together but chose the middle of the store. Everyone said the burgers was the best. I chose the mashed potatoes which was good, but tasted the fries and decided I liked those more. Overall happy stop

Staff definitely needs training on how to approach/deal with guest with service animals. We were at Culver’s and our service dog was working, multiple employees came to our table and said they had complaints about our service dog being on the seat with us. Explained that he was working and was alerting us to seizures about to happen. Employees didn’t care. They said he had to be on the floor or we would have to leave. Again, explained he was working. They again threatened to have us removed from restaurant. Will not be back!

Never heard of this place until my work in panama city. I had the pot roast burger. It was a little different, but really good. They have shakes there that are claimed to be really good. I will try one myself soon. Next order will be the hamburger. Top tier fast-food.

Great experience! Second day open and the parking lot and drive thru were BUSY! Short wait to order and unexpectedly short wait for food. It was delivered hot and fresh to the table and tasted great. (Less than ten minutes from parking to food delivery! ) Employees were very friendly! Some employees were being trained and the the experienced “trainers” were doing a great job.

First time ordering at this location. Used the drive-thru. Friendly order taker and the guy who brought the food to my car. Didn’t wait long. Burger, fries and concrete mixer were perfect. Bonus-they offer military discount with ID.

This Culver’s location is outstanding. Very clean restaurant with a very friendly staff. I could not recommend this restaurant more to a Floridian looking for some genuine Wisconsin cuisine. The food is always fresh and comes out very quickly. Not to mention doing the survey on the receipt gets you a free scoop of custard with one topping… what a steal. Fantastic experience and great food every time I go in.

I absolutely love Culver’s on Tyndall Parkway. Always a great time here with consistently delicious food and desserts. The butterburgers and the seasonal pumpkin spice items are my top recommendations, they are SO good! Fantastic service from the staff throughout, especially from Kylina. She is truly an exceptional employee and person, providing great service and conversation every time I visit. Not only to myself, but also to ALL the guests that she comes across. The establishment is sparkling clean as well including the parking lot and restrooms. This place has all that I could ask for an excellent experience every time I visit. Thank you for everything!

Awesome 10/10. Hot fresh food with great customer service. I will definitely eat here again. The staff is friendly, they get your order right, and the food is delicious. I also like this area. The parking lot is nice and spacious so you’ll be comfortable dining inside or in your car.

I was so excited to try this place. I’ve been seeing all the reviews about it. I ordered the Atlantic cod dinner, the way it came to me. Looked like a toddler had already been working on it for five minutes. Everything was cold, the fish had maybe 2% batter. Just absolutely disappointed. 🙁

Keeping ratings high because one negative experiance shouldn’t cancel all prior positive visits. However today, after at least 10-years being a satisfied Culver’s customer, I unfortunately exited the doors disappointed. My wife and I visit one of the two local Culver locations 8-10 times monthly. Not because the food is any better than the competition but because we feel welcomed when we step through the doors until getting back in our car (we genuinely appreciate that). Today was different though, I had a craving for a mini-custard mixer and decided I’d use my most recent BOGO coupon received via email. I printed the email, as I’ve done many times at both locations, but today at the Callaway Culvers I was, well, refused. The young man at the counter informed me that I couldn’t use the official Culvers Coupon and would need a manager to approve, the manager asked if I could show her on my cell phone so she could verify it wasn’t duplicated and a fraud. I was dumbfounded! I informed them both that I carry a flip phone and have no mobile internet service. I honestly don’t know why this is all of the sudden a problem, especially since there’s really no difference in the hard printed coupons I receive in the postal mail. Couldn’t they also be copied? I told them to throw away the coupon and left disappointed. Even if it was a fraud (which it wasn’t) I was still going to buy one so profit was going to be made and the loss of a free 2nd mixer would likely only be pennies in the big picture. I could probably understand the concern if it were a more expensive menu item, such as a dinner plate, but really, a small mixer (don’t think it was worth the cost of disappointing and potentially losing a loyal longtime customer). Now I won’t say that I’m going to stop going to Culvers, but unfortunately it will be a while before I feel the urge to walk back though those doors. I understand that they are always busy and my patronage won’t affect them at all, but for me and my wallet, it will be a while before I add anymore to the Callaway Culvers cash register. In closing, for anyone who has been printing their emailed coupons and still carry a flip phone, be advised that the experience may not go the way you think it should, guilty before innocent.
