Came 1/8/26 at 1pm, genuinely the worst workers I’ve ever seen. Gas station employees do better than this. The First Lady was very short with me and doesn’t listen. The manager had to loudly tell her what to do. Instead of telling me they don’t have it/or out, she put random things on there to “substitute” it without communicating. Truthfully I don’t know what she was doing. Making her own sandwich? Last time I was at a subway. It’s sub-my-way not sub-their-way. On top of that. The manager was touching all the food and sandwich’s with no gloves. No offer to make a new one, pay for it or acknowledge the health violation. Great example to show your employees. Truly disgusting. Should’ve stayed closed. Do better

4 stars for food only because Subway it’s self took away shredded mozzarella and flat bread. I was really hesitant on going to this Subway specifically because I have never had a good experience here. But, I decided to give it one more chance with it being new owners, and I am extremely glad I did!! The 2 employees were GREAT!!! I was even complicated because I have some really picky kids, not one time did one roll their eyes or huff n puff, they did it all with a smile!!

Truly great people. Nolan ( i think that’s his name) and the older woman there tonight went above and beyond for great service. They have been the best group of people to have served me at this subway. Management did right by hiring them.

Ordered $100 worth of food at 9am on Christmas Eve WELL in advance of the 4pm pickup. Arrived to be told they are completely out of food and are unable to offer a refund. Raised HELL just to get a credit-back to the card. The worst experience ever.

This is the ONLY subway I’ve had issues at! Since the subways around here have opened back up this is the only one that still is all over the place and the workers here do NOT listen, are always messing up and then catching attitudes with you like this isn’t their job. Whatever lady they got up in there who worked today at 2:00 she’s slow and has a huge attitude! That one white dude who makes noises always has something smart to say tryna be funny. I’d do some more looking at who I have working at my establishments because this is ridiculous and someone’s gonna catch a sub to the face. 🙂

Made an order on line for three foot longs. Traveled over 20 minutes to get them. They MESSED UP BADLY ON ONE!!!… Forget half of the stuff that was wanted on it.
A customer shouldn’t have to double check before they go home!!!
Beware if you place an on line order.

WORST experience ever. I placed an Online order(that’s important to note) and it said “Ready at 530pm”—So I got there at 530 KNOWING it wouldn’t be ready. What I didn’t realize is that our 4 subs which were toasted, were being “leap frogged” over by in store customers. Constantly. There was never not a line of 4+ people. When I arrived I let them know I was here for the online order, He said it’s almost ready. 20 mins later they haven’t moved an inch. They were Steak n Cheese subs and Meatball Subs, ALREADY toasted. For 20 mins they got leap frogged. Finally I asked “Helllooo…Can mine Please be finished???” They’re response “Well, it’s just the 2 of us and we’re busy.” YES, I agree yall are busy BUT…BUT I’ve already paid and my subs are cold now. These people can wait b/c They haven’t paid yet. Please finish my subs. The snarls began. I was Never rude or yelled, But WOW….Finish a paying order first!! NOW, I’m home and my toasted subs are cold and almost inedible. OH, and worst part…The paper bag with handles broke when I picked it up sending my subs on the floor.

Made online order it was not even ready, it was 20 minutes late… barely customers inside… 3 workers they seem out of it and very unsanitary.. the female worker wiped her nose with her bare hands and continued to grab gloves to prepare the sandwich.. the guy at the back who preps meats and veggies was also unsanitary and no work uniform as well.. not going back to this place again

Horrible experience a few days ago. They had NO rotisserie chicken. OK, order something else, NO provolone cheese, ok american is fine. NO mayonnaise. THAT IS IT! I can’t do this! Obviously poor management. Someone doesn’t know how to order the truck, and or borrow from another store. Businesses these days have sure gone down hill, while prices have gone up!
