I’ll start by saying that we don’t have a Little Caesars where I live, so I don’t have much to go from.. but last year we tried the Little Caesars in Salamanca and were very happy. It’s our yearly trip to Olean this weekend and the pizza tasted doughy. The bread sticks were very disappointing, we honestly just threw them away. It was convenient that the pizza was ready quickly, but I would’ve preferred having to wait a little longer than receive it still tasting doughy.

I’m from Buffalo, so I know good pizza. This is the best pizza in Olean. To get anything better, you’d have to travel all the way up to Buffalo. The other pizza joints out here just never learned how to make a pizza I guess. The only thing that compares to this around here is Pizza Hut or Domino’s, which are both considerably higher in price.

The Pretzel Pizza can do without the salt on the actual pizza itself. Just keep it on the crust. Our Pretzel pizza was a little bit over cooked with salt chunks built up in some places. Other than that, it was yummy and quick for the amount we ordered!

Ordered through the app and picked up an Extra Most Bestest Cheese & Pepperoni at the portal. They were really busy but my pizza was ready on time and was good!

Honestly, sometimes the quality of the food in this place is hit and miss. We order the same thing almost every time, and half the time they mess up our half pepperoni and mushroom half pineapple and bacon pizza. So, I recommend checking that your order is right and also that it isn’t overdone. BUT, half the time the food is made right and tastes great! AND, when it’s wrong, they are really great about fixing the problem. We usually order here a few times a month or more. You can’t beat the prices!

Little Ceasars is what I consider fast food pizza. Knowing that helps with the understanding that you get what you pay for in terms of quality. The hot and ready now pizzas are a good value. Service at this location tends to be the same you would expect at any fast food restaurant in the area. Employees do their best. The atmosphere is also like a fast food restaurant, but there is no place to sit and eat. There are chairs available to sit and wait. This location would benefit from a deep cleaning in the customer facing area. Overall, it is good pizza, considering other pizza places in the area charge much more per pie. Feeding two-three people for under $10 is almost unheard of these days!

Terrible service. Stopped in at 230 pm and nothing us hot n ready. Tried to order a lunch special then was told it’s not available on weekends, although not stated anywhere. So u proceeded to order a deep dish with 2 pops and a crazy bread combo. After waiting 15 min and the 2 people being served before me my order was called only to be made wrong. I was just given the same traditional pizza and crazy cream as the 2 customers were behind after them. After noticing the mistake and notifying the cashier I was told it would ” take as long as it takes” to rectify. So against my better judgment I took the wrong order just to leave. Appalled at the quality of service today. I’ll NEVER patronize again. I suggest going down the street to the pizzeria. Better quality and service.
