Terrible service. The waiters could not careless to get your orders. Waited for 15min to get anyone’s attention, then another 35min for the pizza to show up. The table was incredibly dirty and sticky, and so was the floor. My shoes were sticky immediately upon walking in the door. The pizza was ok, at least we did get our food, but if we knew this situation we would not come here.

They do it well for what it is! This location is inside a top-tier casino, Foxwoods, so I am not sure if that makes a difference. My wife and I arrived at around 10:30 a.m., and the place was nearly empty. Most people were probably either sleeping one off or checking out of the hotel. The was sourdough bread served with oil and pesto, I believe. We got some butter instead. The bread was definitely not fresh baked, but it was not a projectile either. We. started with an appetizer of the Bang Bang shrimp imitation. It was good but not great. The shrimp was small, and all in all lacked the spices of the original. Next time I will save my money on that one. Trying to slim down a little, I ordered the plank salmon with corn. The salmon was excellent and a nice big portion, too. The corn mix had good flavor, and the meal came quickly and hot. My wife ordered the salad wedge. As you can see, it too was a generous portion. Looks like it had bacon in there. You know the rule, either you like bacon or you are wrong. The wedge was so large that she could not finish it all. We did look at the pizza as it was being served to other guests. They are personal size and may not be the best Bang for your buck even if they are delicious. I would definitely go back here again. There are a variety of mid – and upper scale restaurants on this property, and California Pizza Kitchen is high on my list for a quick meal. A final thought, there is a pretty big bar area here. I can imagine quite a rowdy show if there were a popular sporting event on. Enjoy. Your mileage may vary. God bless you.

This place really knows how to make a good pizza. Their pizza is so delicious one of the few places that I’ll actually eat the crust. Our server was great always checking in to see how we were doing. We were seated pretty fast as well, which is always really nice.

Visited this location with my family. It was far from what I expected. Our waitress Marjory was nothing short of amazing she was attentive and caring. She stopped and checked in on us without being annoying. Her energy was pure. The food was a plus everything was fresh and the drinks were good. Thank you for taking your time to speak to us. Everything will work itself out in God’s time never our time.

It’s our go to stop for lunch before we leave the casino. Their menu has great variety and the price is reasonable for the location. For a party of 4 we spend about $60 before tip and can use our Foxwoods Rewards points to pay. I recommend ordering family style, the portions are big and shareable. We always get their signature pizza and a bunch of apps and share. Our servers have always been friendly and attentive. We’ll keep coming back!

What a joke. Staying at Foxwoods order to go from here. Pick up right at close. In fact doors were locked. Noticed we were there let us in….had our order…walk back to room….UNCOOKED PIZZA!! And not even the kind I ordered!! What a joke! Now that’s as bad as it gets!

I ordered takeout at 8:30pm, confirmed I was calling the foxwoods location and was told 1/2 hour for pickup. Arrived at 8:50pm and the doors were locked and not a person in sight. Called the number that is actually not the location and she couldn’t get anyone on the phone -you know because nobody was there. Closing time is 10:30 according to Google. So, you took my order with no intention of filling it. Absolutely insane. I have never heard of such a thing. Where is your shift manager?

My wife ordered the five cheese Mac and cheese they put in a pizza .
I ordered a burger which was done with the pizza so they took it back didn’t refire a new try to serve me a cold burger.
The Mac and cheese the worst I have ever tasted.
The burger was supposed to be medium well they sent it medium rare
Only saving grace the manager was very understanding and comp the whole meal
PEOPLE RUN FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY.
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO IT WOULD NE THERE .
Total wait time 1 hour 35 minutes from start to finish.

Server was spectacular even though he had no support from the kitchen staff or the manager. kitchen didn’t care to make the food how it was ordered. Manager was chatting with customers instead of running his kitchen. our dinner had to be sent back twice. The only person who was actually doing their job was our server.

Food was good but very slow service. It was not all our waitperson. We had to wait for our beverages and didn’t get bread until our food was served. Dishes were good and hot. Had bbq pizza which was very good. My girls got the creamy garlic fettuccine. It was just ok. One of my daughters said was not as good as Olive Garden. The other issue is our waitperson never came back to check out drinks. We ran out of water way before we were done. Too bad because we really looked forward to getting this.
