This was the worst ran business I have every been to in my life and l am 65. Not enough help, don’t know where the manager was hiding. One assistant spent at least 30 minutes explaining how to heat the ham up. He could have cook it for her. I will be rethinking getting a honey baked ham at this location. Disappointed and horrified at the lack of planning. No one leading this team. Awful, awful customer service. How bad was it, It was awful.
The sandwich was delicious but while waiting for the sandwich after paying this last time, an employee popped out of the walk in and told I had been there too long and that I was making his employees uncomfortable.
I was taken back. What are you talking about?
Again said I needed to leave and people are uncomfortable with me being there.
He was obviously confusing me with someone who had just left.
He then said that he had the wrong guy. Sorry. Then went to the back and I heard people laughing. The more I thought about it I realized how unprofessional this was. I really expected the manager to come out and apologize. Maybe he was the manager.
Customer service has become nonexistent.
I like the food but I won’t be back.
For $10 you get 3 biscuits that have a very faint allusion of ham and cheese. I would say the flavor profile is 95% garlic biscuit, 4% ham, 1% cheese. So, $10 for 3 biscuits. Why would you not have HAM, the titular hero of your store, not be the hero of your food?
It’s not bad food, bad it is expensive and confusing.
