what to dislike everything
First of all the employees were not concerned about me at all.
All the hot sauce bottles should have been cleaned got there right after they opened. All the bottles had crud all over them. Don’t get me started on the tables. Was unable to find a clean table.
The price for the food and quality was sub par.
Do not come to this place.

Carry out orders are always accurate and on the rack ready to pick up. Last time I was in they were out of the chips I asked for on the app but one of the associates made sure to point that out when I was grabbing the order so I was able to select another bag. I appreciate that they took the time to let me know so I didn’t leave without the chips.

This was my first visit to any of Firehouse sub store. I went there specifically to get the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich and I even pointed to a poster they had… saying I wanted the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich and they gave me the Turkey Club sandwich. I can’t complain. The turkey club was quite good, but I really wanted that delicious Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. I’ll have to go back before it’s discontinued!

We were greeted with a warm smile the moment we walked in, our order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and exactly how we like it. Firehouse was my goto place for subs when I lived in south Austin, so I decided to try it in cedar Park.
Placed the order for the family, typical variety of subs. Got the total and wow, I could go out to a nice dinner for that price.
Got home, the order was prepared correct but I guess I did not hear them say anything about the drink and brownie, but I forgot them.
No complaints from the family, but my bread was tough. Couldn’t cut it with a fork. Had to get a knife, and then it was really chewy. Not what I expected from Firehouse. Great that one is crossed off my list of places for takeout.

I normally really like this. I counted 4 people working. There was no lunch rush or line when I walked in. How on earth did it take over 20minutes to get a single small smokehouse? Then the sandwich was made sloppy and the pickle was thrown under the paper in the box. No napkins for the to go order and they barely made any eye contact taking my order or handing it to me. Holy moly we could have gone next door ordered, eaten, and gone back to firehouse in the time it took to get my small sandwich here.

Attentive service, the place was empty though, probably because it is so expensive you are expecting the maître d’ to bring you some 1837 Chateaux Briand in a crystal snifter to pair with your overpriced little teeny sandwiches that will only satiate your hunger long enough for you to get back up and go to the counter and order another sandwich.. They even put toothpicks in the sandwiches, probably so you can find the pieces without your reading glasses. No, thank you, I’m glad I opted out of the full meal, I’d be mopping their kitchen right now and calling my wife to put a second mortgage on the house ..

My fav alternative for Subway – but not now after they removed their Signature Chicken Sub. Though you can make one – it’s not close to it.
Today’s order took 20 mints to make which is fairly high for a sub kind of food but it tasted decent – definitely not great.
