I have went to this location several times and on multiple occasions have been told that they are out of certain items and will not be making more. This is always told to me by the same employee, Evelyn. It has always been at times before the kitchen closes. I was told the kitchen closes at 9 by a manager. She just out right refuses to have more food made. In drive thru, I requested chow mein and Evelyn said I could not get it. A police officer was waiting on the inside and requested chow mein and they called it to the kitchen. The entire time I’m sitting at the window listening and waiting for my food. I see the chow mein get placed on the food line. Evelyn still proceeds to serve me my food without offering the chow mein I requested. So when I mentioned it, she agreed they had made more chow mein and wanted to explain to me why she said no to me but not the officer on the inside. I pay FULL PRICE and most places discount or give free meals to officers, so why is his request honored and not mine???? She decided to give me chow mein after that but of course I wouldn’t eat it at this point. I would not have taken the time to write this review if this had not happened to me multiple times. The food was below my expectations on this visit.
The rangoons were dry and old tasting and I ordered a plate, but only received 1 section with meat (the only thing I ate). I will be traveling further to a different location for a while because I don’t enjoy wasting money on food.

Visited on December 7th around 6:30 PM through the drive-thru. Service was absolutely 5 stars. The lady taking my order was super friendly, happy, and even shared a funny skeleton joke that genuinely made my day. It’s rare to get that kind of energy at a drive-thru. Fast service, great attitude, and overall an awesome experience. Definitely coming back!

I am not making a review concerning the food, I am just giving 5 stars due to a certain employees pleasant attitude. I just went through the drive-thru and Angel kindly apologized for the delay. When I got to the window he was friendly and polite, didn’t rush me, and acted happy to be working. Often you don’t see people working during the Holiday week with a great attitude because of the rush and desiring time off (which people should get time off). However, Angel’s attitude made the experience easy and maybe even made my food taste a little better 🙂

The food was so amazing and the employees were great. Olivia was great and very sweet. She helped me order, made sure I wasn’t allergic to anything, and did just great in general. Emily was also spot on with being great with the customers. Floor was clean, tables, everything wiped down all in all would definitely come back again.

If I’m being 100% honest, most of the food is “OK”. Some better than OK, and some that’s pretty good.
The orange chicken though. It’s so good, it makes up for any shortfalls.

The people are friendly but I have 2 major complaints. 1, Every time I come the food is not fresh. 2, the place is filthy. I ate in the dining room yesterday, and wiped my table off with a wet wipe, as I always do. I got black filth on the wipe (see pic). I would expect some food crumbs or perhaps sticky sauce at a Chinese restaurant. I would not expect the table, in particular the edges, to be that filthy. Also, the door is so grimy with fingerprints it is very noticeable. Makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned.
