Dockside Pizza Co. Manager and Owners,

I am writing to share the negative experience my family and I, along with other customers, had today at Dockside Pizza Co. regarding the behavior and treatment of customers by a group of staff members. A staff member described as the “leader” and the number one clown individual with a ponytail, along with a redheaded female associate, laughed and joked as customers approached the mobile cashier, effectively ignoring them and creating an uncomfortable and belittling atmosphere. It wasn’t until one customer spoke up that they acknowledged the issue and directed that customer to the other side to place an order, which delayed service and underscored how unwelcoming their initial response was.

This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the restaurant and Sea World’s dining environment. Customers should feel respected, valued, and welcomed from the moment they arrive, especially families and children who are seeking a positive dining experience. When staff engage in dismissive or comedic behavior at the expense of guests, it not only harms the immediate experience but also can discourage families from returning and recommending the venue.

Additionally, it would be helpful to clarify expectations for staff conduct and customer service during peak hours. Professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness should be demonstrated consistently, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. It’s important that all team members understand that jokes or behavior that belittle customers are not appropriate for a service environment.

This experience contributes to the current rating of 2.4 stars, which seems to reflect the negative behavior observed. I hope Dockside Pizza Co. will address this issue promptly with training or corrective actions to prevent recurrence and to restore customers’ confidence in your establishment. Or simply fire the clown and his red head girlfriend.

As a constructive note, I’d appreciate confirmation of the steps you plan to take to improve service and a timeline for follow-up. If possible, please also share how management will monitor ongoing customer experience to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, including families.

Now, how much do these clowns make an hour on a Saturday night? Lmfao
Now that’s FUNNY!

What a ripoff. Cheese pizza was the size of 1-2 slices and was nearly $20. Gluten free pizza tasted even worse. Come on SeaWorld. It’s been in decline for several years now. Next time we’ll bring in our own food. Not allowed? Just try to stop me!!!

Yesterday we visited Seaworld and in the evening we decided to eat at Dockside Pizza … a decision we came to regret. We ordered a cheese pizza, peperoni pizza, clementines, garlic knots and drinks. We immediately got the peperoni pizza, clementines and drinks, but had to wait 15 minutes for the peperoni pizza and 25 minutes for the garlic knots. By the time we got everything, the peperoni and cheese pizza were cold. You would think that they wouldn’t start serving untill everything in the menu was available to be served. There were no cutlery and napkins available. Staff didn’t refill them unfortunately, eventhough we asked. They were just standing waiting for the kitchen to bring the food.
Come on Dockside Pizza … train your staff to be hospitable towards the customer’s. Make sure they refill cutlery and napkins and teach them not to serve food until everything is ready. The price of the menu was quite high…. you would think you would at least get some hot food and service!!!

Located near The Sesame Street part of the park, this pizza restaurant is one of the newer additions to the park. Accepts all day dining pass, it serves fresh pizza and salad. Very tasty food at this location!

I was at SeaWorld today and as usual I went to eat at Dockside Pizza Co.
For the first time I had a terrible experience, because I ordered a meatball sub with chips, just like the website and the staff refused to give me the chips, because according to them I asked the attendant and not the SeaWorld app?

Why should I pay the same price in the store and not get a chips? Just because the app was giving me an error?

This is unbelievable. I’m not going back! Next time I’ll opt for the Chiken fillet

I don’t recommend it anymore

I mean it’s alright. When I bought 1 cup, and filled it up, I had 12 cents left on the cup. However, when I attempted to use my last few cents to buy some small amount of soda, I got half a cup. Very nice glitch.

The foods alright I guess, a bit expensive though.

horrible, I bought a $17 salad, and after making the payment, the guy said that there was no salad, but that I could have a cookie or a full jar of oranges. I opted for the cookie because even peeling the oranges by hand wouldn’t work. In other words, I paid $17 for a cookie that costs at most $10.
detail I have an annual pass, imagine someone who comes from another country to spend the day and ends up at a loss

What a complete ripoff. “Kid’s Meal” is just a slice for $11 bucks with a tiny piece of fruit. It’s like getting a full pizza for $80 bucks. This kind of markups should be at least supervised.

This is a new pizza restaurant in Sea World and the food we had was quite good. I would definitely give it a shot if you’re looking for pizza in the park.
