Are these employees not taught what cross-contamination is? I watched the female employee make several subs. She used her gloved hands to flatten down the subs, getting all of those meat juices all over her gloves and then used those same gloved hands to dip into the vegetables. You can’t handle all that meat and then stick those same hands in with the vegetables. She was tossing the meat and the cheese around like they were frisbees. Then she changed out some bins, put the same hands all over door handles, handled the register and never changed her gloves. I was debating whether or not to get my vegetarian sub. Thank goodness, the other worker was kind enough to change his gloves. These workers do not understand the concept of wearing gloves. They are going to make somebody sick!

I feel so guilty rating places bad and I try and avoid eating unless I’m eating something 5 stars, but this subway never answers the phone. They also went to put cold canned or bottled drinks with sandwiches and it kind of ruins the sandwiches. I understand the struggle of working fast food, but I think within the time that I’ve lived in this area they’ve never picked up the phone once.

The staff on tonight was very unpleasant and unhelpful. The young lady looked like there was nothing less she would like to be doing. My order was due at 7:05pm, but it took until 7:15pm to even be acknowledged, despite There only being three other people in the shop. This is not my first bad experience with poor customer care at this location. This is just the first time I am saying something. There are a lot of other Subway’s to patron! Take it or leave it

Not clean, customers with no mask on. One person started making my sandwich put it in the toaster then left. Another person finally came over mask around chin, pulled my sandwich out the toaster and coughed on it while still not wear mask properly. Paid for what I order but throw the sandwich way. Should of walked out when I came in, they were sitting on food prep area masks of. They also made it seem like I was ruining their day by being there. 3 people and took 5 minutes to get a coughed on sandwich. Never coming back.

“Sad little meatball sandwich.”
First off, I want to say service was very good at this location, that’s why they at least got three stars. That being said, however, never have I seen four smaller meatballs than I got in my sandwich today. I know portion sizes are controlled by corporate, but seriously? If you’re going to reduce the size of the meatballs that much at least reduce the amount of bread that goes with it. Very disappointed in you, Subway.

I have been here a least 4 times in the past few months, every single time the employees are lacking in customer service and sense of urgency. I’ve gotten food that tasted old, I’ve waited for a long time without being acknowledged, it should not take 20 minutes to build two sandwiches with no one else in the building. Today they worked extremely slow, I bit into my sandwich and found a hair, the boy making sandwiches was not wearing a hair net. I don’t trust the hygiene or food safety at this location. I will no longer be visiting. Please fix your restaurant!!! If I could give less than one star I would, I have given several chances thinking maybe it was an off day, it is apprent there is not good management.

I come to this Location often. The service is deteriorating. I was just in here for ten minutes. 2 nd person in line. One person was finishing up with a present and in person customer. The other two were.working on an online order. I thought that when the worker was done with the first customer I would be greeted as no one had acknowledged me yet. I patiently waited and timed 90 more seconds. No one had acknowledged me I slowly walked out giving time for a “can I help you “. Didn’t get it. So I left.
