Back in December, I had an event at my house to host for about 40 people. The best decision that I made was to hire Up In Smoke El Paso for the food. I set everything up by phone with Joshua and it was straight forward. Menu choices, what would be included with the service and most of all prices were clear. Everything was on time, extremely professional, the set up was amazing and so was the food, delicious!!! My guests to this day talk about how good the food was, and oh yeah I had two vegetarians and they too were extremely happy with the food Up In Smoke prepared for them. I was extremely happy with how self-sufficient everything was as I was occupied with my two young kids as well as trying to say hello to everyone. If anyone is looking to host an event, I would absolutely recommend Up In Smoke!!!! The only picture I took, loved the setup!!

Great BBQ can be hard to come by here in El Paso. We have some great restaurants, but they all miss something that Up In Smoke has and that is the desire to be better. Josh does a great job with his BBQ and you can taste the care he puts into his food. You won’t regret it. The brisket is so flavorful and moist!
