HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They served me and my coworker burned food and when I called to complain the manager was nonchalant. We work at a busy establishment so we had no time to step away for more food. Do not order from this restaurant. 0 out of 10z

Edited from 3 to 2 stars: this is the latest pizza we got. We actually drove back and swapped the pizza because it looked so poor. Staff clearly don’t put any care into their work, toppings aren’t spread evenly, pizzas are over handled when put in the box out of the oven so cheese and toppings slide all over, and pizzas are often cut poorly. This last one I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were cutting for a slices and sticks pizza as opposed to a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. But someone still messed up and chose to serve this to the customer.
This is the closest LC to our house so we’ll continue coming here because it’s a quick cheap pizza, but often times the food is just okay. We’ve completely stopped ordering regular crazy bread because it’s always overcooked and lacking on the garlic and parm. We got crazy bread when out of town at a different LC recently and were amazed at how good it was compared to what we’re used to here. The pizzas are generally good but the toppings are not spread out well and the pizza won’t be cut all the way through. We do love the ease of ordering through the app and picking up through the pizza portal so we’ve never really dealt with the staff.

Bummer. This place use to be the best Little Ceasers around. Took forever for someone to get to the counter and then they cued me up this beauty. Look at this Ceasrs Cup. I think someone sat on it. Can you imagine training the person that cooked that bad boy

Terrible. I ordered on the portal on 1/08/26. My food said it was ready at 1:48, it wasn’t expected to be ready until 2:02 which is the time I arrived. I couldn’t find my order so I asked the lady and she said she didn’t have my order.. so I showed proof of it on several screen shots. I was very nice until she copped an attitude and said “it’s not in her system and there’s nothing she can do”. I then told her I can’t cancel my order on my end since it says it was already made. I had to get kind of angry to get her to do something because there was nothing I could do..I paid, showed proof to her, and I have no food. She finally gave a second look, talked to the cooks and said “sorry I found it and we didn’t make it yet.”. I responded no need, got my refund and I will not be back. I shouldn’t be expected to do her job!

Went there about 4:00 in the afternoon and they did not have any hot and ready, ready so I had to wait about 15 minutes for one to be baked. It was a little salty from what previous ones I’ve had. I ordered the crazy crust and as usual they were good. They asked if I wanted marinara sauce with it wonder what the difference is between their marinara sauce and their Pizza sauces I thought it was the same.

So, let me get this straight. You won’t accept a $50? What if your bill is $48? Are we still in America? Last time I checked cash was still king. Livonia ain’t the hood. Next thing you know, the employees are gonna have chips installed into their foreheads. A cashless society is too close digital slavery and doesn’t promote freedom or liberty. Ordered pizza at 6:20. Was supposed to be ready about 6:40. When my husband arrived to pick up our order he was told the system was down and they had to cancel our order. That should have happened when I placed the order or shortly after NOT when we arrived to pick it up

Have been going to this little ceasars for a long time, past few years it has gone down hill tremendously. Service is terrible, pizzas are sloppily cooked, too much sauce. Needs owner to be more involved.

Waited 45 minutes for a hot and ready and crazy bread. After 40 minutes she told me it’s still not ready and I have to wait 5 minutes more to cancel my order. What a waste of my time.
