According to them their lasagna is “Layered sheets of pasta smothered in Gino’s original meaty pasta sauce, stuffed with Ricotta and 100% real mozzarella and provolone cheese, baked to a golden perfection.” Let me tell you there was not a drop of ANY kind of cheese in the lasagna other than the mozzarella on top. It was nothing but noodles & sauce. Very bland and disappointing. Will never order it again!

Food was great, after finally getting to eat it. I called in an order to be picked up and was told it’ll be about a 40 minute wait. That’s fine being a weekend with sporting events going on. I show up a few minutes early knowingly to pay ahead. I wait for a while for acknowledgement and finally someone comes to the counter. The order i had placed wasn’t even in the computer. They told me they haven’t had an order with my name on it come in. I showed them on my cellphone where I had called and the time. They argued with me and said I never placed an order. They put the order in this time and I had to wait even longer and all the while the tiny old blonde lady with a known attitude was cussing and yelling about not taking that order while I was still standing there along with multiple others waiting. As I was waiting on my order, others came in with the same issue. This place used to be the go to spot for good food and a place to hang out. Its went to hell and probably won’t get better. Its a shame that this is happening.

The food was great and I can’t praise the staff enough. I ordered close to closing time. What the store received wasn’t exactly what I ordered online (I ordered sauce on the side, their ticket stated tossed). I mentioned it just to make them aware of a potential online ordering bug, not expecting them to remake anything. They happily insisted to remake my wings even though it was already a few minutes past closing at this point. Even offered me a free drink while I waited. Outstanding customer service.

Very good pizza good crust and I like that tomato sauce. The only thing is I asked them to cook the pepperoni on top of the cheese. They are more than willing to do that for me. I am from Rhode Island and that’s the way they cook the pizza the pepperoni on top of the cheese. They definitely have a good tomato sauce. The whole family loves it

I am from south Louisiana and we came up here and this is the first time I have tried this Gino’s place. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pretty good. We loved the pricing of the food and you definitely get what you pay for. It was delicious and amazing we loved it

Have not had Gino’s in years and decided to give it a try. I ordered a large Peperoni pizza.
The store was very busy but I was waited on fairly quickly.
The ladies were very nice, hooked me up with Parmesan cheese, and crushed red peppers to go.
The pizza was really good, the crust was well done, and the sauce was very tasty. I will definitely be back!

Second time me and the Mrs had Gino’s couldn’t recommend it enough! Pizza was fantastic and you can’t beat the price!
