We were hungry from a long trip coming back and we just so happened to stumble across this GREAT SPOT! Mr. Brad and Mrs. Brandy and can’t forget Mrs. Amy..were extremely NICE and CARING.My husband order the LARGE Chicken fried steak with a potato and a side salad. We had to get a doggy bag!! I ordered the creamy Cajun pasta. It’s was sssoooo GREAT! Make sure to get extra garlic bread! Mrs. Brandy also brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us as well before we hit the road again!

We stopped in here on a road trip and had the small chicken fried steak and grilled chicken salad. I’ve never had grilled chicken so moist and flavorful on a salad. The chicken fried steak and fried okra were excellent. What a pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere.

We were driving through and happened upon this restaurant. We had the best chicken fried steak I have ever had! There are 2 sizes and the large is huge! I was only able to eat half of it and brought the rest home. The mashed potatoes and banana pudding were really good, also. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were so nice as was the waitress. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to pass through there again.

Laid back place with very good southern comfort food. The chicken fried steak was amazing and my daughter’s hot dog was huge. You get bottles of the condiments instead of packets/tiny sides which is always a plus in my book. Definitely recommend this place!

We just left…. 75.00 for 3 meals!! We ordered 2 large chicken fried steaks meal and the Saturday special of a 10oz ribeye steak meal. Steak we asked for medium well done…. Well it came out medium on one end and rare on the other end… fatty and not very tender. The chicken fried steaks were big, but that was because it had a large amount of batter around the edges with no meat, and was a little tuff to cut and eat. Although the sweet teas was excellent, would we come back no.

I would like to tell you the food was good but we never got ours. I got a cup of coffee and set the cup out on the table edge to no avail. She never came to refill it or the water glass I had there also.
She finally came and asked us what we ordered after we had been sitting there watching other people who came after us getting their food. She had forgot. Either the manager or owner came out and ask us what we ordered. I told her we are just leaving. They never started our order. Off the menu, nothing special.
While that young lady was nice, she should consider a different vocation. We wasted an hour.

We went there Friday. Very popular place. I had the pasta- very yummy! My daughter has the chicken fried steak- very tender and delicious. My husband and son in law had the burgers and both loved them. The owners were very friendly and working hard. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I wish you much success and we will be back soon!!
