The employees are always fairly nice. However the amount of times my orders have looked like this when I pay for extra cheese is ridiculous. And they didnt even heat it up.10:30 at night and they want me to bring it back and they will remake it. That was nice but I shouldn’t have to come back all the time for this crap.

this experience was absolutely treacherous, to start they forgot my boyfriends nacho fries. but i let it slide and went back in to get them, then i sat and waited for literally ten minutes at the counter. a worker continued to make eye contact with me and completely ignore me there. by the time i got my fries my food was cold in the car. very disappointing bryan taco bell would never betray me like this. honestly don’t waste ur time this place is not worth it.

I order from this location a couple times a week, typically about 12am and the lady who works in drive thru is always incredibly nice, she is always on it, also the food is always good and my order is very rarely messed up. i just wanted to give her and the rest of the team some credit!

Always check your order before leaving! The few times we’ve been there, some items were made incorrectly or missing. Staff was very friendly and apologetic, fixed the issue without incident! Will still return because of the kindness of the staff and how quickly they get you through the drive thru!

Absolutely terrible. Don’t bother going inside as they clearly prioritize drive through first. We waited twenty minutes for our food and when we asked where our food was they told us “we’re doing drive through right now” Avoid this place at all costs. Food was of course trash once it finally came out.

4:05 p.m. proceeded to wait at the front counter and had three different employees struggle to avoid eye contact to help me. Finally tried getting the attention of staff and again they turned their back and ignored me.
You guys want to be paid 20$ an hour to do this? Horrible service. Ill stick to going to the other location. Hope to god someone up higher on the chain sees this because its genuinely ridiculously

In my order there has been something missing the past times I have been there. The most recent time they gave me a whole different order, not one single thing i ordered was in there. Don’t know what happened to this place it use to be so good. Go to the east side Taco Bell instead they are way better!

Place an order in drive thru today at 1pm they shorted my order I went inside and stood at the counter for 5 min while workers continued to look at me but say nothing finally I say is there a manager that can help seeing how you keep looking at me and doing nothing. A scraggly guy walks up and tells me that I’m not as important as other customers in the building. I then tell him he is rude and instead of wanting my food I want my refund. He then throws the receipt at me and tells me he isn’t refunding nothing. A lady Tanisha comes over and basically is causing more issues than just giving my money back. The guy that appears to be on drugs then continues to run his mouth. I said I wanted his name to contact his boss he then tells the lady to not give his name and then goes on to tell me how I need church and everything else. I’m not denying I didn’t say anything rude because of the rudeness that came from them. Check the cameras you will clearly see he started it by throwing my receipt at me. Why wouldn’t I defend my self. This is the kind of people this company has working for them. It’s a shame. By the way did I mention all other customers was taking care of in the lobby but me. But I’m not important but if it wasn’t for your customers you would have no job.

Didn’t know there was a shortage on meat or maybe just bad employees? I pretty much had to take meat off 4 of my tacos from my taco party pack to make one taco. This is almost like my last two times going there and not getting a straw for my drink.
