Update** The manager Rebecca got in touch with me and was very kind and made it right. I was very pleased with how she handled it and how she was understanding on why I was upset and not satisfied with my order. Thanks to her I will continue to order from here and my replacement order was 100% better than my terrible order I had received.**
First time I ordered my order was perfect. This time my order was absolutely terrible. The cheese was non existent, crust was hard, and the pizza and cheese sticks were cold. I ordered at 5:03pm and did not receive my order until 6:32pm. Estimated time was clearly off but with some type of communication I would’ve been ok.

Well I ordered a pizza from here, granted it has been a while since I’ve had Papa John’s but I figured the special was good. The pizza looked amazing from the top but was definitely undercooked. I asked.for it to be well done but it was too thick and super wet and doughy throughout the whole pizza. The young lady at the store was kind but the pizza was not good at all. I literally picked the cheese and toppings off the top and just ate that.

there was a finger nail baked into my salted caramel brownie, i have press on nails on currently (so my real/natural nails aren’t showing at all) and nobody else was home when i ordered so i can’t even blame it on a family member, they don’t wear gloves here, apparently

Eating my 3rd slice felt something rubbing my chin. Pulled a cheese covered hair out of my throat and mouth. It measured 12 1/4″. Called and talked to manager. He said it must have blown on the pizza with the wind and nobody there has hair that long. The driver sure did. This is 100% disgusting and the pizza from this location has ALWAYS been subpar. I have had PJ’s from all over the country and sadly my home location is the worst nationwide in my experience. They didn’t follow their free replacement rule, which I would have rejected anyway. I have pictures to prove my statements, and 13/16 of my $51 for 2 pizzas order that I will trash if PJ’s doesn’t want them for evidence. And the hair in a ziploc. I will have it DNA tested if need be. You’ve done me wrong for the last time Tomball PJ. Contacting an attorney

I have ordered here and had my pizza delivered since 2022. I always tip well. 30 minutes after I order (15 minutes before delivery was to be here) I get a call saying they can’t deliver to my address any longer. Nothing popped up on the app and never got an email saying delivery boundaries were moved. The shop is literally 6 miles away. 6 miles.

Came in to grab a late night pizza and it was the best I’ve ever had from papa John’s which is already better than most everything was fresh and exactly what we asked for Brian was really polite and made sure we had whatever we needed I would 100% recommend this location even if you weren’t in the mood for pizza you won’t regret it
