Of all of the locations I’ve been to in town, this one is by far the best. The food is always fresh no matter when I arrive. The restaurant is constantly spotless and the staff is friendly and engaging. Special call out to K-Den and Cynthia G as both have great personalities and smiles everytime I visit. I had written Panda off a few years ago, but so glad I stumbled upon this gem!

I had a fantastic experience at the Panda Express drive-through thanks to Andrea! She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it made my day. She took my order accurately, confirmed everything with a smile, and made sure the entire process was fast and smooth. Don’t even bother using the “later” option if you’re trying to schedule an order for thirty minutes in advance. Got a text message ten minutes before the scheduled time I set to pick up my food that my order was ready. Arrived at the restaurant at the TIME I REQUESTED and picked up food that was hardly warm because it was made way before I was ready to pick up. Disappointing.

Today was not good. Basically issue without answers and no manager to be found. Along with the staff having no idea what their head office number was or anyone’s card. They eventually simply wrote down an “800” number and said call this. This location seems to be up and down in consistency. It’s success is solely based on It’s location. I don’t believe this is what the Franchise parent company expects. They should take a strong look i to this location and it’s franchisee.

My husband picked up dinner tonight. I had to stop eating and share this because this is THE BEST dinner I have EVER had from Panda Express. Seems that the last several visits to Panda have been dreadful. Poor service and most of the food options are minimal cause they are always out. Out of egg rolls, out of spring rolls, out of orange chicken… Dismal service, not to mention bad attitudes from behind the counter makes me wonder why bother coming here.
