PLEASE pull the cameras from 02/22/26 at 4:15pm CT. You will see your employee find any reason to not serve me. First he said “I’m out of steak , fries, and chicken wings”. I said okay I’ll take a chicken Philly sandwich then and mozzarella sticks. He said “well I don’t have lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, or mozzarella sticks”. I literally laughed and was like “well ok just make the sandwich with whatever you do got”. As he walks away he’s telling me they didn’t get the truck delivery last week. Then he STARTS cleaning the grill, then walks back over and says “fine but it will be at least 25 mins I’m now cleaning the grill”…..I couldn’t believe this right in front of me. It’s got to be on camera. I used to work fast food so the fact the grill would even be cleaned 45 mins before close seems to be more a tactic to avoid future orders. I’ll take my money elsewhere sure but please do not insult my integrity like that. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back. Also have forwarded this to the department of consumer affairs along with any contact information I could find online for Charley’s district and corporate managers. PLEASE do contact me about my feedback. I await your response.

save your time and money and go to a different one – they have a dude who just got the job working the counter… alone, my wings were overcooked and he just said it’s fine.

So this place cooks/makes the food in front of you. So do not expect it to be super fast especially in lunch rush. The staff is super sweet but either forgetful or neglectful. Contradicting, I know. But 3 times an order has been messed up, add jalapeños? None added, no tomatoes or lettuce had extra, bone in wings? Got boneless and not the flavor I asked for or my ranch. But when it is done right it is soooo good! It is had to stay mad at the staff because they are so nice. Just check your meal before walking away.

The people behind the counter don’t get your order right and don’t know their own menu. They don’t ask what additional toppings you want on sandwiches, you have to demand them. This all when there is no line and no need to rush.

Edit: came back hoping. Hope was misplaced. Tried to explain that I can’t eat cooked onion and my wife can’t eat any it makes her extremely ill. Still ended up with onion cooked on the griddle on my food. Order online maybe that will prevent issues. Also please tell everyone to order topping at the register cause they won’t change them in the other end. Waisted 40 again.

It took 30 mins to order and receive. After the grill guy cooked sandwiches ordered after our. Looked like there were three clowns trying to run a restaurant. Terrible customer service as they thought it was funny that there was a 20 minute wait at 5:45. So far behind they didn’t take orders after 5:45. Horrible showing! Hope they hear about this review!

Cheesesteak with no steak….and no cheese! The unfriendly staff let us know that they were out of both. I get restaurants run out of certain things but you can’t run out of your main product and still stay open. Not a good look when you’re one of only 2 places to eat at the PX. You guys need to do better
