I’ve ordered from this place dozens of times. Given the benefit of the doubt and hundreds of dollars in business. Kansasville has limited delivery options but I’ve had enough. Every single time I order food from them they get the order wrong somehow. Even told one of the co owners of my experiences weeks ago and still they mess up. I’ve given them a dozen chances to make up for it. It’s as if they just don’t care. I’m not expecting 5 star food from a bar and grill, but holy hell just get the order right for once!

Want to watch the owner of the bar get wasted and clear the jackpots on the slot machines? This bar is for you. Brittany the “bartender ” is the worst person I’ve ever met. Watch her try to serve people when she has no clue. Takes care of customers that walk in the door while you wonder when its your turn. This place is disgusting with fruit flies in the bottles and flying all over the bar. What a dump.

The take out door was locked, got someone to unlock it, no problem. I let an elderly go ahead of me and order, they took her order and disappeared leaving me standing there like an idiot. I WAS craving a chicken parmigian sandwich, but that went away quick.

Fruit flies all over the place. A couple people have told me about roaches in the kitchen and a mouse running across the bar floor which I have personally seen someone catch a mouse outside the back door of the kitchen. Used to be a great place but just going downhill. Definitely not the same as it used to be.

“Deep dish” pizza is a thin crust pizza with tall crust. Arrived late. It tastes ok, I guess, but this is certainly not what I ordered. Kids are hungry tho, so I guess it’ll get eaten

I’ve been getting pizza here for the last 4 years. It’s always been hit or miss. As of late, it’s just been a miss the pizza is either not done enough or burnt to a crisp. The proportions of cheese and sauce is horrible an inch of cheese with just a covering of sauce. All the grease and all the flop so when you pick a piece up, everything falls. Got a stuffed crust pizza cut in squares?? That makes no sense at all. I typically eat left over pizza, but I threw this 28 dollar pizza in the trash and wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. $5 jacks pizza is way better. Bring your old cooks back, because it’s just horrible.

Won’t be back…this new owner supports division and hires idiots to entertain whose sole mission is to BASH and I means BASH his very own paying customers for having a different political perspective. What a Dumb business move! Baked Fish was horrible, Burgers salty as hell , everything else is mediocre at best…Now the atmosphere sucks too! No one should promote politics and religion in a bar period!

I am so proud of my cousin Heidi Stangas for working there since January 2025. I go there to get lunch there once a month now.I started going there in March and April when I am off of work. Heidi Stangas is a line cook there and enjoys working at R&R. Thank you R&R for giving her the chance to work there. I know she was so excited to see that you were hiring even a person has no experience in cooking. But you took the time out and taught her. No many restaurants would do that. That is why I started to go to R&R.
