Never in the 45yrs on this planet. Have I been moved to write a review about a burger king. I guess have it your way has left the industry. I ordered a A number five from The breakfast menu which is the sausage biscuit and cheese combo with an orange juice. Thr order took about 10 minutes. I would think that it would be fresh since it took so long and I was only the second customer there. And there wasn’t anyone in the drive-thru. But what I received was the greasiest hash brown tots, a disgusting microwaved hard burnt biscuit that tasted like the grease from the hash tots. Of which I proceeded to spit out. Since I’m I’m truck driver. I can’t just turn around and go back to the restaurant. I’m stuck paying for a breakfast that I can’t devour and also with waiting another 75 to 95 mi to find A location that I can pull my truck into to get food. So no breakfast for me and a waste of my money given that they didn’t even give me a receipt to call Burger King corporation. Burger King was my first summer job we made biscuits fresh every morning. I can only assume they survived me biscuits from yesterday morning. Which should have been trashed yesterday.

My visit to this Burger King was fine overall. I ordered the honey mustard wraps, which were good, and the fries—classic and dependable—never miss.
However, I was disappointed to find out this location doesn’t accept the Burger King app because it’s part of the TA gas station. I wanted to redeem my free any-size fry offer with a purchase of at least $1, but that wasn’t an option. Even if it’s in a shared space, it’s still Burger King, and I feel like they should honor the app offers and rewards.
On top of that, they were all out of Whoppers during my visit. So, if you’re planning to visit, keep that in mind.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Restaurant was not clean, customer service is trash and the prices of food is no better. Luckily I was able to drive an extra 6mins to the Burger King at location 1323 Tiki Ln, Burlington, NC 27215 that always has great customer service, my food is always hot, and the prices are cheaper.

Tried to use a coupon and lady said “we don’t do that here.” I didn’t know someone could exude so much hate. I said a “whopper with nothing on it but meat and bun”, she looked at me like I was dumb and said “so plain?” But I can’t tell you how many times Ive left burger joints with cheese on my “plain” hamburger because I didn’t specify. After she smacked down my cup, I tried to use the soda machine that proceeded to keep spewing out soda even after I removed the cup. Rather than coming over to help, the worker told me to press it again but neither pushing or pulling worked, till my husband grabbed the thing with his hand and yanked on it. My cup was only 3/4s full once the fizz when down but I was too scared to top it off.

Burgers were dry. Cooked before and reheated dry. Fries were undercooked. As for location…its a truck stop. Getting into the rigged drive through sucked.. It was a sketchy location with the fog we were already dealing with.

Their menu says three different items on all day menu, but they refuse to take orders those items. The food we did order was very poor even for Burger standards. I got the order wrong and had to go back twice. Drink machine out of Diet Coke. Generally poor management and not run well. Bottom line avoid.

Probably the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. The place was dirty! I had to wait 10 minutes just for a burger. On top of that the service was HORRIBLE. There were only 2 people working and there were 8 of us waiting!! They should be fired for the service we recived!!

Stopped to get my typical breakfast. 2 croissants, small hash browns…normally a $7+ transaction. Waited in drive thru lane for cars in front of me and then was told the total was $17.69. Was told that location does not participate in the 2 for $5 ‘promo”. Of course not. They don’t even do 1 croissanwich for $5. This place will rob you blind. Do yourself a favor, hit a diner, get a three egg omelette with hash browns and toast AND milk to drink. You’ll still have enough to tip and SAVE MONEY over what this Burger King wanted to charge for 2 fast food breakfast sandwiches and a SMALL hash brown. Consider yourself warned. There is a reason why my 1 star rating really doesn’t do much damage to their glowing 2.2 star rating they had before this post.

This Burger King does not honor Burger King points or accept Burger King gift cards. Avoid this restaurant go somewhere else because the prices are 2 to 5 dollars more than a regular Burger King outside of a truck stop.
