The woman taking orders had wonderful customer service. My family ordered a carne, chicken, and a lengua torta, carne asada fries, and an order of fresh habanero peppers — everything was delicious. The only downside was that the avocado and mayo were a bit sparing, but overall the food was solid. It’s a roadside food truck, so the atmosphere is what you’d expect, but the quality of the food and service definitely make it worth stopping by.

Drove from Halsey to Lebanon to try this yumminess. Had lunch there today! Very good authentic and filling. I had the W.A.B. With asada, So delicious. Service was great. There was a perfect 4 man table in the sunshine to enjoy our lunch. Thank you, we will be back

Prime location for a hearty quick meal that reminds me of a home cooked meal. Authentic Mexican food made fresh. Thankfully they are vegan friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. I recommend the Jack of All Trades burrito- Vegan or with steak or… Get it with rice and beans (they often have whole beans also) guacamole potatoes and sautéed veggies. Ask for the super spicy sauce or the green or red salsa also is good.
It feels like family and definitely a business I’m proud to support.

Delicious food—the best in town!
The Spanish rice is my absolute favorite; it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every dish I’ve tried has been amazing—tacos, quesadillas, everything! The flavors are always spot-on, and the quality is consistently great. Highly recommend and always friendly service.

Just tried this spot. Got the carne asada fries except half carne asada half al pastor. Comparing to rigobertos and el rays in albany it smashes the competition. Both meats and salsa were way better. Fries were also crisper which was a plus.
Price is on point for what I got and really any option i saw on the menu.
They have a few tables and chairs out if youd like to eat there.
Parking is limited but the Napa and restaurant across the street will probably have empty spots if the alex lot is full.
Super legit spot and they are open late so works great for when i go to Lebanon. I’ll definitely be back.

If you haven’t tried Alex’s Tacos yet, you’re seriously missing out. It’s my favorite stop after the gym—nothing hits quite like one of their burritos when you need to refuel. The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and made with care. I get the burrito every time and it’s consistently amazing—loaded, satisfying, and just the right balance of everything!
Plus, the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He’s always welcoming, remembers regulars, and makes the whole experience feel personal. It’s more than just a taco cart—it’s a local gem that deserves all the love.

Alex’s Eats is hands-down one of Lebanon’s best local spots. The food is consistently amazing — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From their tacos to their loaded plates, everything is seasoned perfectly and served hot. You can tell they take pride in what they put out.
What really makes Alex’s Eats special, though, is the service and community vibe. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. It feels like a place that cares — not just about food, but about the people they serve and the community they’re part of.
If you want great Mexican food, great service, and to support a local business that gives back and stays involved, Alex’s Eats is the place. Highly recommend and will absolutely keep coming back.

Will give this place another try. Had the carna asada street tacos & he said they were pretty darn good. Side of chips & salsa. The salsa could’ve used more lime & salt. Side of rice was perfectly seasoned and tasted awesome.
I was most excited to see somewhere with mulitas as I rarely find them anywhere. Mind you I’ve only had mulitas from one other place & I was banking on them being similar. My expectations of a Suzy’s Taqueria from Stayton mulita went out the window when I got home. I had expectations of a cheesy vegetarian version of what I call a Mexican grilled cheese. There was the most minimal amount of cheese unfortunately. I was really hoping for 2 corn tortillas on the griddle, cheese oozing out forming a nice crust with fajita veggies in the middle.
I’ll definitely go again and try something else as I did really like their homemade sauces.

I don’t know who gave this business a bad rating and who said their hot sauce tasted like vinegar. But they couldn’t be more wrong. I ordered the chimichonga and by far they best I’ve had. Crisp and full of flavor. The habanero hot sauce was great. Good flavor and will set you on fire. But thats what I was looking for. Their Horchata was also delicious. Only thing, I wish they had bigger cups . Everything is priced very reasonable. This place has their own unique and awesome flavor. You can tell they really love what they do. Keep up the great food and work. I applaud you and your business
