Phenomenal food! Not sure whether I like the shrimp Alfredo pasta or the shrimp tacos better. They were both delicious! They even accommodate special requests of putting fish instead of shrimp in the pasta just cause I wanted to try it another time. I also had the fish ceviche which also delicious! My family and I came down for a quinceañera this weekend and stopped at a food truck park. The owner Luis came out and took pictures with with my son who loves trucks. This man is special! You’ll want to stop here multiple times a week – it’s the best ceviche I have EVER had. Alfredo Shrimp was also a great dish. And the sauce served with the fries and shrimp deserves its own review entirely! Incredible.

My wife and I had the fish tacos and fish ceviche tostadas. Our daughter had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, son had the popcorn shrimp and everything was INSANELY DELICIOUS!!! If you are in the area this place is a must while you are doing your shopping in downtown McAllen!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! The owner is amazing and the service is top tier!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our experience at Los Baja Boys Food truck. The weather was perfect, all the food was amazing- we tried so many different dishes and all were “Top Notch!” The service was that of being at a 5 star restaurant, very friendly and family oriented.
