I have to say that I have been to the majority of L&L Hawaiian Bbqs in the Reno/Sparks area and this one in North valleys is always on point. They have never once burned my short ribs and my meal is sooo good. Not to mention there’s a gentleman up front with longer hair, who is always always kind to everyone that comes in. I watch from my table. It’s really nice to see that good customer service still exists. I live in South Reno and I always make a point to come to this location whenever I’m in the north valleys. With that being said, I highly recommend this store. Great job, team!

Very friendly. Had the bq beef. It was nice and tender. You got two scoops of rice and one of their Mac salad. My husband had their Loco moco. Eggs cooked perfectly.

They must have a new cook, i’ve ordered from here several times as I live Only a few blocks away. I ordered the loco moco, as I always do. This time it was different. The macaroni salad, it was very runny and it was barely any gravy at all, the meat was dry and on top of all of that, My over easy eggs were hard.

Unfortunately This was a very sad experience. I will never go back!The food was slop like jail house food. I have no idea who the cook was?!.it was all under cooked not fried, and the whole plate was all rice!!! Who does this?! And the macaroni all smashed to the side of the plate! Unreal .i just tossed it in the garbage and ate only the 3 shrimp! I have ate at Other locations of L&L in San Jose Ca, Honolulu Waikiki, this cook should be fired for that slop, the 2 cut Lemons, all the fried food ALL just piled together. Especially at them prices.give L&L a bad reputation.

Very nice staff and the food was really good! I got the teriyaki chicken plate. Very generous portions. The only complaint I have is the price, $16 for just me is a bit pricey. But I will definitely come back.

I’m from Hawaii and this place has the best Teri beef plate than any other L& L on the mainland that I’ve been to. I would even say better than some L& L’s in Hawaii.

The cooks always get it right, but today when i got home 6min away i bit into some cold chicken (the rest was cold too) hopefully i dont get sick ill save some just in case. The rice was hot the mac was great, but the chicken 10 thumbs down.

Don’t take phone call orders 40mins before closing and only take orders that uses fryer 30mins before closing. Fantastic service!

I’m so glad this place is close to my house. I can order from the app and pick up my food on the way home. The food is always excellent and the service is great.
I always get take out. The atmosphere is like a fast food place. That’s not necessarily bad, but not someplace I would take a friend out to lunch. If they were open earlier, I’d order from them even more.
