This is the BEST pho I have ever had in my life. No other place even comes close. I’ve tried all the others in the area and they do not even compare. Not on the taste, generous portions or service. I’ve been eating at Pho Cali for years. Enjoying every bite! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm and welcome smile every single time. Ice water and hot tea at the table. They offer so much fresh basil, bean spouts, lime, chili oil etc. The PHO is absolutely amazing.it’s perfect. I always order the veggie pho with crispy tofu and it is the most delicious experience. They put so many vegetables in the bowl and I really appreciate that. Their portions are big and you leave feeling very satisfied. I visit this restaurant once a week …….. and at times I’ve gone twice! I am an Italian girl who has no reservations about saying this food makes me so happy. There is something for everyone. A very large menu. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. I will always support this restaurant and I am thankful that it is so close to home. Thank you Pho Cali for all of your hard work, hospitality and delicious food! You are appreciated and loved. You all rock!!

This review is August 2025. we have 10 people try few dishes. pho, bun BO hue, mi noodle and grill pork chops are 4.5 star. very authentic. maybe Virginia or Philly area pho are better in the east coast. but it is very good

Great spot for some Vietnamese food. Not our usual destination, but came here since it was open earlier than others. Food was tasty. Price was great. Service was quick and pleasant. And they have the best chicken wings I have ever had, anywhere, hands down!

This is an AMAZING vietnamese restaurant and will be on our list every time we come to AC.
This place was authentic, You could tell the spring rolls were hand made and they have my favorite dish-fried quail. Great with beer (byob)
The broth was super flavorful and there were a lot of different beef parts to eat.
The Vietnamese coffee was also great with the drip and extra hot water.
I can’t wait to go back!

After our night out in AC we needed some comfort food and decided to have some Pho. We went in the afternoon and it was pretty busy inside. We were a group of six and we got seated fast. The lady taking our order was very welcoming and friendly, she had a smile on her face the whole time. To start we had the A8 which was the beef summer rolls with a peanut sauce 10 out of 10 soo good. We also got the A15 bao bun with charbroiled beef, also a 9 out of 10. For our soups we all mainly got the P7 which was Pho rice noodle soup with well done brisket. They served that with complimentary beansprouts, sauces, jalapenos, basil and lime. We all loved the PHO 9/10; the broth was very flavorful and there was a decent amount of noodles. My sister and her boyfriend got the N15 which was a chicken broth Pho noodle soup with short rib beef on the side. The chicken broth was very good as well 9/10 but I liked the beef broth more. Staff was nice and the food was very good. Wish we lived closer so we could come more often but we will definitely be back!

This is the BEST pho I have ever had. I have visited a few other places to try them out but have been disappointed. Pho Cali has the freshest ingredients, great portions, delicious herbs and the service is wonderful. Employees are so friendly and eager to make sure you are enjoying your dining experience. This place is a 5 Star. I could literally eat this 2 times a week. Thankful this is in my neighborhood!

I used to be a regular at this restaurant but never again!!!! I ordered a vegetarian pho soup dish and the soup base was not vegetarian the owner was so rude and wouldn’t replace it for a vegetarian soup ! I hope you will think twice before ever going there . You would think since I was a frequent costumer there they would want make sure I was satisfied. I left there with no dinner and they were incredibly argumentative.

My order came out delicious as usual. I also received a cup of complimentary tea which was perfect for the rainy weather.
My second here and I notice the staff is pretty consistent in checking on customers, refilling drinks, wiping down tables and asking if you need you food packaged to go.

Let me see here, would I recommend Pho cali…. heck yeah! Normally I’m not a pho guy but today I really enjoyed everything I had and do did my wife and kids. If you’re in the mood stop by, this place is great.
Get the C14! Broken rice, chicken, beef and shrimp.
