We opened the door to this Dunkin Donuts and were denied entry. The employee said they were closing the dining room because they were short staffed but the drive through was open. We decided to order in the drive through, but that was a big mistake. The line was very long and once we entered the line, we were stuck. The coffee and donuts were good, but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

This morning they didn’t make my drink right, so we nicely asked them to remake it. I ordered a pink drink, but my drink was literally white, so I asked for more of the base in it. The blonde girl working was very rude and with a nasty mean girl attitude said “well I guess I can add more. ” We didn’t argue, we were shocked by the attitude, but whatever. Just wanted my drink, I’m not playing into that drama shit with her. Then the girls coworker came over saying that this was right and she wanted to argue for whatever reason? Again, we ignored them, but we were annoyed at this point. Then the blonde girl handed back the exact same drink with no change made to it. It’s literally not pink. Why am I gonna pay $6 for a bitchy attitude and a cup of milk
I’m not surprised to see that they have almost all 1 star reviews. I’ve never had this issue with any other Dunkin that I’ve gone to.

If I could give a 0 I would, placed an order last Friday night @ 8:23 via the APP. Well the location is closed now @ 8 and there is no contact information for this location and corporate is giving me the run around stating to get with that location. I am a 2 coffee a day customer they just lost over refusing to refund me $21 because they were closed and their online system still allowed ordering. Super disappointed guess I’ll learn to love Starbucks!

Great customer service. I love stopping here everyday to see my ladies. They are always so friendly and get me with a smile even when they are so busy. And they always ask me if my coffee tastes ok before I leave. Thank you ladies for always making me smile. Y’all are the best❤️

My mom sent me a valentines box and the tamper seal was broken with 2 missing donuts. There is no phone number to contact this Dunkin. Why would they need to take donuts out of a packaged box or send a box that has been tampered with?

I’ve now tried this new Dunkin 3 times. The first two times, my drinks were awful. I don’t understand how you can mess up an iced coffee, but both times they were so bad I couldn’t finish them. Today I gave them one last try. After sitting in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me to take my order. I drove up to the window to see if it was maybe a problem with their speaker. I sat there for a minute watching a lady wipe down a counter top, oblivious to the line in the drive thru. Both myself and the car behind me drove off. I’m a frequent DD customer and can confidently state this is the worst location I’ve ever visited. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to Hendersonville Road for your coffee.

The atmosphere was good, as was the service, but the donuts are the worst I have ever tasted. I wish I could figure out how a baker could make donuts this bad. I don’t know if it is bad ingredients or bad baking skills, but I do know I have never tasted donuts so bad. Luckily, we have another donut place in Asheville I have bought from before, and theirs are excellent. I just have to make a trip to get there.

These people were really nice. I went in for breakfast and I was super tired. My cappuccino was super great. And I’m in super great! I had avocado toast which was absolutely welcomed and delicious plus, The Bagel bite stuffed with cream cheese. I got plain and wish I’d gotten everything. This was my choice because of the seeds I didn’t want them stuck in my teeth. I personally thought they were a bit boring. I just got some of the generous avocado off my toast and that made them lovely. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area.❤️ My review if it’s helpful.

I literally got up early, left early, got to Dunkin with 15 mins to spare before work and I’m sitting at the order thing saying hello and then i drove up to the window and this lady is just walking around with her little wallet thing and then goes and stands by the computer where you order inside and is just standing there and gets on her phone (mind you she looked at me multiple times) and then she finally comes to the window and I was like I have a mobile order and I have to be at work and she goes and gets the paper and comes back and was like I got it I just opened…like yall opened at 4 o’clock and it is now 450 and ive been here for 5 mins already and she dilly dallied in there and I had to pull off and leave without my food and drink I already paid for bc she took over 7 mins to make my stuff and I’m pissed like I got up early, placed the order early, got to dunkin early, and didn’t get my stuff bc this lady wanted to take her time and got to her own job late. I’m sooooo pissed off. I received a similar service the morning before when id placed my order 5 mins before arriving and she didnt start it until I got there and then took 7 mins just to make an iced coffee (which was awful btw). I have never had an issue like this from the Dunkin on Hendersonville rd. I’d place the order and get it when I pulled up to the window or at least shortly after but I thought id try this location since its closer to work. I guess that wont work.
