I’ve came to this location twice in the last week and both times the coffee was horrible. It tasted extremely watered down and lacking flavor. Never had this at any other location. Also really unpleasant to see the man in the drive thru looking like he just woke up and didn’t shower, hair in a nest. I’m sure there is some kind of hygiene policy not being followed here.

Why would they ever ignore so important details.

Not sure what has happened to the baristas in this location, but it’s been pretty disappointing to pay almost $9 for a venti shaken espresso with cold foam, to get this. It’s not even their cold foam, it’s just foam. I get this drink about every other day and I have noticed the flavor is not including the two extra shots I’m paying for either! I literally only took one small sip from this and then after 5 minutes and the bubbles settle, you basically get a grande size for the price of venti. Do better Starbucks, we’re already making a choice to spend the money, at least you could hold up your end of the bargain by giving us what we ask for.

This Starbucks right off of Randall Road just north of Algonquin Rd is very similar to many Starbucks of its size. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and they serve the same Starbucks coffee I have come to expect at most every Starbucks. I stopped here to work for about an hour or so before going to a meeting on a cold January morning.

I don’t mind waiting if you need to brew more coffee , but paying $4 for an Americano and getting home opened to add sugar and coffee cup is only filled half way , no wonder why it felt so light, customers do care about your product please take care of it .

The left is all peach juice. All the workers are musty, smelly, and ugly. I feel like when I am going to a place the workers should be good looking. This is insane. Why are all the workers rude, and wear pride shirts. Like not everyone supports pride, buddy.

Every time my husband and I go there are drinks are messed up. The employees are rude and our drinks are soaking wet. i don’t know how you mess up drinks that are on the menu, we don’t order extra stuff! This place is ridiculous, save your money. wouldn’t even want it to be remade by them that’s how bad the drinks are. it doesn’t even taste at all how it’s supposed to taste.
