This location was not great yesterday. I got a large meal for $21. Despite ordering a 12″ beef and cheddar brisket, there was a limited amount of cheddar on the sandwich. The drink machine had no ice and was missing 1/3 of the flavors. I got a very upset stomach 30 minutes after my meal. I probably wouldn’t give this location a second chance.

This was my first visit to a fire house sub restaurant. Didn’t know what to expect or how it might compare to other places. I have to say, I was a little disappointed not to have a choice of a roast beef sub which is my favorite. The small,medium and large choices were different but I went with medium and then mixed and matched with my buddy so we each had half of a different kind. Choices are limited but quality is good. Only white or wheat for bread.
I was especially impressed with the main clerk on duty who was very friendly and efficient. First rate!
I enjoyed the decor, lots of interesting things to look at. I guess, I might prefer subway food overall, but this was a nice experience and a great option to have.

I eat at Firehouse Subs 2 to 3 times a week The Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Jamaican Jerky Turkey are the best. Very friendly!

I’m staying at the motel behind Firehouse. I’ll be here at least 2 weeks for work. I LOVE subs, and was very excited to try this place. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the 3 employees behind the counter. It’s fine. I made my own sub and it was delicious. They lost business for at least 6 or 7 meals. I have 4 more subs I made if anyone is interested. No wait, I’ll acknowledge your presence, and greet you with a smile!

They forget my side every time. I have two add-ons with my sandwich and that’s too much for them to make. Open my sub box to the extras all over the box, not on my sub. Haven’t gotten the pickles in my order anytime I’ve ordered here. Have had to come back with every order I make. Waited 45 minutes on my order today. Ordered on the app ahead of time, too. I won’t be back. It’s something every time.

Excellent service here. The food was quickly prepared and served. The dining area was very clean and employees quickly cleaned tables after someone would leave. Easy access of a main road and short distance from interstate. Plenty of parking for vehicles and even buses if needed. We will definitely be back here again!

I had placed an order on the app using my rewards points to make the purchase. When I got there they did not have the type of bun I had ordered (I’m gluten free, so has to be a gluten free bun). They could not credit my rewards points back and said I’d have to call corporate. I did respond in the app and they advised in the app I need to work directly with the store. The store did take down my information in a notebook and said I could come back at a later date and they will be able to fill the order, but that is yet to be seen. In the meantime no lunch for me.

Made a quick stop here on the way home, I have had fire house numerous times. What I assumed to be a normal experience, started off with they were not serving chicken because it wasn’t defrosted and wasn’t sure how long it would be, which not a big deal. Then the people after us ordered and one of them ordered chicken and it was fine.. All we ordered were 2 small hot subs, 2 people ordered before us. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, it wasn’t too busy either it was around 11:40am. The staff seemed like they really didn’t know what they were doing.

This place is a joke every visit they screw up our order every time. Really bad when you order online receipt shows everything charged just fine… au jus sauce.. forget it. Pickles forget it chili that cost additional 5$$ nope forget that too. Oh chips also . What is wrong with you also of note cleanliness of the store. Work on it the floor was gross as well as the prep station food used to be great now it’s going down hill. I am about to stop going fix it now and it would be nice to be reimbursed at least for the chili this time
