The Dominion app said my order was “ready,” but when I showed up I still had to wait another 30 minutes. It feels like they just mark orders ready to make their times look better, even if nothing is finished. That’s misleading and a waste of the customer’s time. If the order isn’t truly ready, the app shouldn’t say it is.

I called and asked for delivery. I pkaced my order and nobody told me that they didn’t have a driver. I waited for an hour waiting for my delivery. Then i called four times. It was a busy signal. I ended up going and picking up. They lied to me and the person in charge there was a little rude kid. I will no longer call Domino’s for pizza again.

The Pizza was not cooked properly. The vegetables under the cheese were still raw, the crust was mushy and doughy. There was liquid (not just grease) running out of the pizza and out of the box all over my car seat, which I didn’t realize till later. There was almost no sauce on the pasta and no cheese.
If it wasn’t 20 minutes back to the restaurant I would have taken it all back. I ended up recooking the pizza as well as adding sauce and cheese to the pasta then recooking that too.
Just hoping my kid doesn’t get food poisoning from the piece of “semi raw” pizza they grabbed and ate before I could check it.
I understand y’all are busy but this was thoroughly disappointing.
Wish I could attach photos of this fiasco, but it won’t let me.

First of all I’m sorryvfor forgetting the name of the asst. Manager in espanola. Vincent Connor and the manager are awesome. They had my order done in a timely manner, (my family loved the pizzas by the way.)The team today was great. They kept me informed about my food. I went in when I got the notification and my food was in the oven, and as I was waiting the asst. Manager kept me up to date as my food was being made. I had 1 little minor issue but Vincent and asst manager helped me out. Connor made the pizzas great. Toppings and crust was perfect. The best thing of all they ALL USED GLOVES while preparing the pizzas. THANK YOU GUYS FOR DINNER TONIGHT!!!!

I had an order delivery on January 6 around 8 pm. when it was delivered I realize that the items were incomplete, I walked in the next day January 7. Spoke to Stephanie and Vicente and I took the items into the store. I let them know my situation and they did not hesitate to, remake my order fresh. They had a smile on their face. They did not seem bugged at all by my request. I appreciate these kind of employees tremendously. I am a regular at Domino’s and I appreciate that they took the time to listen to me and offered to remake my order immediately. When I picked up my order they showed me my food and made sure that I was content, thanks so much guys. It is people like you that we need around so generous and polite if I can rate these two employees 10 stars I would!!! I will definitely be back!!

This has always been my go to place but lately it has been giving horrible customer service. I have already tried ordering three times and they don’t have delivery drivers. They ask me if I could go pick up the pizza and of course I can’t. That’s why I want it delivered. I Placed my order around 12 PM. Received a call Around 1:15 PM letting me know that they didn’t have drivers and that they will have drivers after 1:30 PM. I let him know that I could wait if they can deliver at two and the young man said yes they could deliver at 2. It was now 3 PM and my pizza wasn’t delivered yet. I received a call from Domino’s letting me know that they did not have any delivery drivers and that if I wanted delivery, I would have to wait until after 5 PM. I understand that there is no drivers but they could have at least hold me sooner. That way I don’t wait on the food, I believe his name was Henry. That’s what he told me his name was. He was very rude to me. He cut me off and he told me he didn’t have time and if I wanted to file a complaint to call corporate proceeded to hang up the call I just wanted my pizza delivered. That is all. I don’t think it’s fair that they tell you it will be delivered at a certain time and you wait on it and then they add an extra three hours to it if they don’t have delivery drivers just say that , He was very rude and unprofessional. I have been a daily customer with Domino’s and today was the last straw. I have never been disrespected this way.
