Got a boss sub and made the mistake of not paying close enough attention while it was prepared. They must have gotten fresh meatballs from the fridge and not adjusted cooking time because that sucker was COLD. Same temperature as the fridge in the middle, barely warm at the ends. No way they didn’t notice how chilly it was when wrapping it. Even the bread was lukewarm and barely toasted and it should be hot to the touch. Disgusting.

Purchased a steak and cheese foot long. Worse sandwich I have ever eaten . There was not enough meat to make a 6 inch.let alone a foot long. Would have shoved it right in their face if I wouldn’t have waited till I was five miles down the road. Will never stop there again!

Young lady with dark brown hair and highlights I couldn’t see her name because her hair was covering it, she was handling trash with bare hands and then touched and boxed pizza right after with no hand washing or gloves and then continued to help make my sandwich with gloves on but she still didn’t wash her hands so all the germs and bacteria from her hands was all over the gloves she put on and then my sandwich. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I didn’t mention anything to her to avoid confrontation. She also didn’t respond to thanks or anything so the attitude was unnecessary as well.EDIT/UPDATE my significant other is sick and showing signs of food poisoning that started directly after eating at this subway

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at this subway. Our sandwiches were put together nice and neatly. No sauces or lettuce was flying all over the place when we unwrapped our sandwiches. Great service, quick, and friendly. Shout out to Kelsey for doing such an amazing job during a lunch rush.

Generally service is great and open late is a nice bonus. But tonight Jacqsen the man who served us was a disappointment. Both my husband and I thought he was a mute because he didn’t ask what we what or anything. Until he rang us up and said only out total and once leaving he was chatting with a Loves employee. Also our sandwiches where sloppily made which is why am truly upset with the service.
