I needed coffee. The beverage was hot and tasty. Dunkin was my best choice (only) on my route. The service is much like all of Dunkin service. Great service in chain stores is not common . The service here was average. As at most walk-up counter places, the employees are more concerned with each other than the customer.

This Dunkin donut location in my opinion could use a good cleaning and sanitizing. The floors were super sticky and so were the counter tops. The bathrooms weren’t clean either. The customer service could have also been better. I ordered mobile but I stood there for a good 10 minutes, before they even acknowledged me.

I’m doing a low score because i arrived 30 minutes before closing, and they said they had already thrown everything away and closing up. They just had some coffee left. They also refused to take my order at the drive through even though they were speaking to me through it. So basically they close 30 minutes before closing so they can go home at closing. That’s incredibly unprofessional to me. Maybe i’m old fashion, but i grew up on MLK teachings like “if all you can do is sweep streets then sweep streets like Mozart.” If all you can do is dunkin donuts then dunk the donuts like Michael Jordan. I know these kinds of problems are everywhere. America is getting so soft and careless. I had to become an entrepreneur to be free to do a great job at my work and take pride in it.

Came through the drive thru and the lady that served me around 4PM on Thursday was really nice! I’m so glad there’s a dunks down here. I live about 35mins from this location but it’s worth the drive! I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with cold foam and 6 dozen pumpkin donuts . Definitely needed my Dunkin fix after moving from the DMV

The two ladys working the front today at 10:30am are a complete joke! Rude as heck. The whole time im here they are complaining about customers. The one taking orders doesnt pay attention and rudely says “what you want” after i had already repeated myself 3 times.

Drive-through rushed me when I told them I needed a minute. 30 seconds later they asked me again what I wanted to order. I told them again I needed a minute. They did the same thing and I asked them what’s going on? She said we are on a timer. Oh boy, I had to ask her that again which she repeated. I said you’re on a timer, what does that have to do with me? It’s Sunday morning and I am not on a timer.And then someone else took over and asked me again did I want something. I said no thank you and drove away. I don’t know how this ridiculous practice of putting your drive-through operators on a timer is in the customer‘s best interest. Don’t rush me when I’m trying to make a decision about what money to spend at your establishment. This chain has gone downhill for years.
