Another “support local” spot of Georgetown’s that we just can’t get behind.
Uncorked is an interesting space with a cute patio in the summer but overall we are always a bit disappointed when we come here.
The food options seem like they have less variety every time we go with vegetarian items being limited to entirely appetizer options or a salad. Pricing would seem fair if the food was good but we have never walked away happy with what we ordered.
Yesterday we went for valentines as a last minute plan and they had told us they could squeeze us in at 6 at a small table. Upon arriving the establishment was very empty and we were for some reason sat directly beside the only other people in there. They had live music getting ready to play but just like most places in Georgetown, the band was practicing the beetles and other oldies songs. Totally fine but not exactly what you hope to go out and hear on Valentine’s dinner.. when the band stopped practicing for the time being the restaurant had a playlist playing an incredibly random assortment of music which really killed the vibe/atmosphere they were going for. It went from oldies, to jazz, to pop music, to some type of rock, and then low-fi. Just really weird overall..
The owners decorated with random stickers and a huge banner on the wall but honestly I feel like a single fresh flower on the table would have been far more sufficient.. there were candles on all of the tables but they weren’t lit.
We got the French 75 which was good but after we ordered our food it took 45 minutes for the spinach artichoke dip to come out and that’s literally all we ordered. There was only one server there when we got there so probably just delays.
To be pretty honest, the spinach dip tasted extremely familiar like the one we buy at the store with cheese melted on it and for some reason cranberries on top? To each their own but the flavour profiles just made no sense to us.
Overall we just think this place needs to really evaluate what their goal is in terms of atmosphere and take a really hard look at their menu options.
So much potential just not being reached.

Visited with some old friends on Friday, Feb 27, 2026. Very good food, pretty good service. Unfortunately the entertainer, an excellent guitar player who sadly insisted on singing as well, was blasting the volume at uncomfortable levels making conversation among friends impossible. We will choose somewhere else for our next gathering.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jag yesterday while walking with my kids on Main St. went in to inquire about the live music they had and if there would be age restrictions. Jag kindly informed us that there was not any age restrictions for my kids to come in to enjoy the live music ( kids are into the music arts program). That being said came in the next day to enjoy some jazz. There was a semi private party going on but still walk ins were welcomed. Music was great from the trio The Sentimentals. The food was exceptionally great. We had the pleasure of enjoying the Smashed Potato Bomb, Mix and Match trio Tacos ( 2 pulled pork and 1 Hoisin Duck ), feature pasta was Fried Ravioli with Pesto, and Trio Hummus with Baked Naan.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. As I mentioned earlier there was a semi private party going on and while the started to sing Happy birthday with a cake the band actually cut their own music midway and got the whole place to sing along to their version of a Happy Birthday song.
Service was on point we were greeted on a timely manner, informed of the private party, sat us down quickly. Server was quick and very informative of the featured menu items, food came out within 15-20 mins of ordering with out server, all food items came out at the same time meaning even Jag came out and brought one of our dishes ( which shows that a captain of a ship can still lead by example). Upon closibg the bill Jag and his team made sure everything was good and we were satisfied with their efforts and services.
Highly recommend this place as I said the level of professionalism in this institution come from the very top and shows through his staff. GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE!!

We came here for our five year wedding anniversary and it was a fantastic time. Food was delicious, drinks were great, and our server Nicky was the best! The turtle cheesecake is so good- we will definitely be back. Thanks again, Nicky!

We decided to spend a couple nights in Georgetown as we were golfing in the area. We stopped in to hear some live music. We ended up staying for food and the evening. Loved it so much, returned the next night. Wish we had a spot like this in our town. Great team, service, menu, vibe and location.

I went to Corked on a Thursday night. They have live music on Thursdays after 7pm and on weekends after 9pm. The music was soothing and mellow…it really added to the quaint and rustic charm! For drinks, we had the Strawberry Fields and the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned. I kept stealing sips of the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned…it was the perfect combination of aroma, sweet, and a little bit of heat/spice. To make it, the waitress had the glass over burning/smoking cedars then added the brown sugar maple syrup and bourbon over the ice ball. I would order that drink again and again! We also had the tacos and the loaded mashed potato bombs–both had perfect flavor and texture! The waitresses were courteous and prompt; very friendly. There are tons of seating options as well!

Fantastic food, atmosphere and staff! The owners are so genuine and welcoming! Vicky our server was a true delight! Entertainment – Jazz – topped the cake! Wait, did I mention the gluten-free Turtle Cheesecake?! So yummy! Meant to take pics of our food but only remembered half-way through the flatbread which was DEEEE-LICIOUS!

I celebrated my wedding here on august 4th, The owners where fantastic, always making me feel calm after speaking with them, we decided on a limit for the bar and they gave me updates throughout the night letting me know if we where getting close to the accorded number, i loved the transparency with the prices and how regardless of my event there where never hidden numbers or surprises at the time of payment!
if you are considering doing an event i 100% recommend this place! all the staff was extremely nice and attentive, the food was delicious and the bartender makes a killer Gin and Tonic. they also accomodated my gluten free guest requests and we truly appreciate it!!

Great place! Good music playing. Special tonight was tacos. I ordered pulled pork and hoisin duck tacos. Both great, but the pulled pork was really excellent.
Also ordered the old fashioned which was nice and smoky…maybe not for everyone but great effort was put in to make a great cocktail.
Also, to whoever said the place was cold, it’s currently below -10 out and I’m toasty warm :). They’ve added heaters and a curtain around the door which I think has resolved the issue.

Absolutely love Uncorked! This gem in downtown Georgetown is a must-visit. The cocktails are amazing, perfectly crafted, and the small bites are enticing. The atmosphere is great, especially with the fantastic live entertainment. It’s the perfect spot for a fun night out. Highly recommend!
