It’s a shame their service only gets worse and worse. I had been ordering from here for two years now, on Wednesday I placed an order at around 3pm and they cancelled it. No harm no foul. Today I placed another order at 1:41pm and was promised a delivery time of 15-25minutes, and I waited about 90minutes to receive the order. Cinnamon twists were white and soaking wet while the pizza was cold, with a very hard/dusty crust, I took a bite off a slide and had to spit it out. Tasted like it wasn’t even fully cooked. I called the store and who answered the phone offered a refund as the only decent act in this transaction. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE YOU ARE EXPECTED TO, STOP TAKING ORDERS!!!

I called this place to order a pizza and the customer service girl answered me then left me on hold for 30 minutes when I went to the place to save time the girl tells me that it is closed ok I tell her that I had been on the line for too long she tells me that the phone is damaged where is it a lie I tell her to give me her name and she did not want to give it to me then I tell her that I will speak with her manager and she tells me that she does not care that I leave her store in a very bad way then my answer is ok I will return tomorrow to speak with your manager and come back and repeat that she does not care people like that if they give that bad service it is better not to work

My order took 45 minutes, my pizza was cold, cheese shifted off half the pizza, the “manager” told me there was nothing they can do because it’s dinner service. And she had a very stank attitude telling me too. I was calm and nice talking to her in the phone until I got more vocal at the end, I asked for her name, she said “I’m not giving you my name.” If she gives paying customers attitude like that, she should be fired, or just quit. Never ordering here again.

I ordered pizza yesterday, it’s my local store and used to be satisfying. But this is the second time to change an item in my order. Quality & Service was never their business hallmarks – but they are doing the same error for which Subway settled for millions. Look at the picture: the medium size pizza is a 12″, as billed, but measures less than 11″ in diameter. (Picture of pizza, bill, and measuring tape in exhibit) Guys, service and quality is perceptible aspects and hence cant be measured, but size is a measurable aspect – and it does matter. Get your act together, before its too late.

Worst Pizza I ever had. I called the Store Manager right away and she kept repeating the same line that’s how we make Brooklyn Pizza. I know how it is done. There is absolutely no crust. And you can see the crust through the cheese. Never ordering again and please stay away from this place.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store. I placed an order for a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza delivery, but instead, I received a plain cheese pizza. Mistakes happen, and I promptly called the store to report the error. The representative I spoke with assured me that I would receive a credit for a future order.
However, when I called back on another day to use the credit, I was met with evasive responses and no actual resolution. Not only did I pay for a product I did not receive, but I also wasted time trying to correct the mistake.
