Welp this what happens when you ask for no ice. Half a cup of whatever you order, but still paying full price for the drink. I wasn’t about to argue with them in the drive thru because it was too early. Next time I will say something.

The entrance is a bit tight to navigate. Plenty of parking once in the lot. I took advantage of the $6 deal.
My coffee was made correctly.
The bagel, egg, bacon and cheese was just barely warm. The hash browns were room temperature. So that was a bit of a disappointment.
The staff was friendly and the tables were clean.
Just an ok stop at this DD.

They didnt put the lid on my moms coffee and it was blazing hot. She went to sit in the car and it caved in and spilt all over her lap. She was in so much pain and the employees did nothing to help her. No one come here please its not ok

101219 1:04 PM walked in, stood and stood, employee walked right past me gave a donut to another customer did not acknowledge me. Stood and stood. Another employee was getting something told me someone would help me shortly. Mentioned me to another employee and she looked away and ignored me. Finally saw another employee wandering with no purpose walk to the back of the store, I left. Will not be back.

Went to pick up a prepaid order for one coffee and, after navigating dense traffic and waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, they refused to hand me my coffee unless I physically entered the store. Why? So I cancelled and will never be returning.

I had a mobile pickup scheduled this morning. I arrived 2 minutes before this time due to traffic being in my favor and was told I had to go around and get back into line as it was 2 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I couldn’t cancel my order at the window because I used the mobile app. I couldn’t cancel on there, because it wasn’t 6 minutes before the pickup time. I had to call customer service. They couldn’t see my order but could tell me exactly how much I needed refunded for without me telling them all that was on my order ♀️ Safe to say, I will not be going back.

The stores in my area were all sold out of the Halloween Munchkin buckets so since this store had them i drove 35 miles to get one for my grandson and when I got there I was told that they wouldn’t sell me one because they already sold a certain amount that day…she told me to come back the next morning and they’d sell me one then no way was I driving there again, the literally had them sitting right there!!
I contacted Dunkin and they requested the franchise owner to contact me but they never did…how pathetic.
I will never go there again.

Donuts are good and there breakfast wraps are awesome. Some of the coffee taste burnt at times as if it’s been reheated. The employees are nice in the morning but afternoon/evening not so much. The line moves quick.

Go to another place for coffee and food this place is a cluster. Bunch of kids working who don’t care. Drive-thru is horrendous you will wait at least 15 minutes. If you go inside it’s even worse it’s it’s like no one works there. Waited 5 minutes plus even when I got to the drive-thru window and I could see my stuff sitting right inside of there while they scurried around I got things ready for the cars behind me in the meantime I’m sitting there looking at my stuff for 5 minutes then when the dude gives it to me the lid’s not on the coffee right and it spills all over my front seat. I have to ask for napkins cuz there are no given to me in my bag with my food. Just a cluster of a place go somewhere else that’s ran a little bit better. I spent at least $10 a day here for the past year+ and I am done I’m going somewhere else this place is ridiculous takes forever the workers are not courteous and there’s no reason coffee should be spilling in my vehicle cuz the lids not put on properly after waiting so long for the drink. On Any Given morning the drive-thru is wrapped around the building so you can’t park and go inside and you also have to wait at least 15 minutes to get your stuff. Just spare yourself and go somewhere else trust me.
