I’ve always loved Blaze Pizza, and today’s visit reminded me why. My pizza was cooked perfectly — just the right crisp, great flavor, and exactly how I ordered it. Even though the place was busy, the staff handled everything wonderfully. They were efficient, friendly, and clearly worked well under pressure.

we had never been to a blaze pizza before and let the girl at the counter Kaylee, know we didn’t know what to do, she rolled her eyes and put a smiley face sticker on our paper and told us what to do, but didn’t finish explaining because her friends came in behind us. She proceeded to blatantly ignore us and say hi to her friends, get their orders and push them in front of us. Thankfully Tee came over as we stood their obviously not aware of what to do next, and she was sweet and helped us discover we could add any toppings we wanted and get dips as well. If it wasn’t for Tee, I would have walked out!! Pizza was good for fast food and the Greek salad was fine, but I couldn’t believe how blatantly ignorant the young girl was, she had the audacity to ring us up and forgot we were first timers and then acted like oh yeah do this and this and heehee. Ugh….really? As her friends cut in line in front of us and got amazing special great service.

We always love Blaze pizza. But we got food to go last night and very disappointing. Salads were great but 2 half pizzas were burnt. Not just extra crispy- like burnt cheese – which does not taste good. And it was both pizzas. It’s usually always good so must have been an off night but definitely was not able to eat that.

We had an exceptional experience at Blaze tonight! We were treated by Emma S who greeted with a smile that would stop a freight train and how can I help you that made you feel welcome and appreciated. Once our order was placed and looking for a table, Dina told us that a better place to sit was in a different area and made sure the table was clean. She then hustled to clean up and deliver food making sure to ask if we needed anything. We had a chance to talk to Tee (manager) to make sure she was aware of the exceptional help she has working for her. We definitely recommend this location and will definately be back.

So far the best spot for a gluten free dairy free pizza and they change the gloves have dedicated pizza sauce that’s covered for allergy sensitive people. Pizza was pretty soft and didn’t firm up as fast like other Gluten free dough. I was pleasantly surprised and all the topping options. Will definitely come back again.

Great job Blaze pizza!! I ordered the “Carnivore” meatball, pepperoni, ham and added sausage. It was delicious!! It’s a thin 11 inch pizza but definitely satisfying. Flavor in every bite. It’s like a salad bar you can create your own pizza or just order a specialty from the menu. At first it didn’t look like it’d be enough sauce but after trying it, it was plenty. First time ordering pizza from here since they’ve been open which was about 6 months ago or so, but we’ll worth a try and a revisit!!

Found mold in the parmesan shaker on the table checked 4 other tables and they all had mold in them, and if you look in the bottom it’s like they havnt cleaned the cheese out in months and it’s all crystallized and gross, so they just pour new cheese in on top of the old moldy cheese. I feel like they should be taking those things apart and cleaning them at least weekly.

Exceptional Service at Blaze Pizza—Thanks to Dina
Today was my first time dining at Blaze Pizza as a guest, though I’ve been in several times before while picking up Uber Eats orders. The restaurant’s concept had always intrigued me, so I decided to stop in and experience it for myself. The counter staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.
I want to give a special shout-out to Dina, who was delivering pizzas to guests at their tables. She noticed that my pizza was overcooked—frankly, it was burnt—and she immediately approached me to offer a remake. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated.
As Dina brought the issue to her manager, Amber, I overheard Amber say that the pizza was “perfectly cooked” and telling Dina to calm down, saying she was stressing everyone out. From my perspective, Dina was calm, professional, and simply trying to do the right thing. The guests around me were smiling and enjoying their meals, so if there was any stress, it didn’t seem to be coming from Dina—it may have been internal among the staff or with Amber herself.
Dina deserves praise, not reprimand, for upholding high standards and ensuring guests have a great experience. Her initiative and care reflect the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Kudos to you, Dina—your dedication didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be returning, both for the delicious pizza and to support staff like you who go above and beyond.

I came in during my lunch break to see a grumpy manger yelling at one of the workers before her taking my order. She continues to be loud in front of the whole restaurant, terrible experience overall. Staff was sweet enough that I asked for the Manager’s name which was Amber. Absolutely disgusting behavior, should never have to go to a restaurant to see such inappropriate behavior, especially from a manager. Other than that, everyone else was amazing, super polite, and easy going. Food was okay, decent at best!
