Soon as I took a bit of my beef n cheddar sandwich tonight. It had red ranch sauce on it. I order without it. It Even says no red sauce on screen and receipt. But I got it anyways. Then I called them. Just to get an answering machine. I said forget it. Usually I’m not disappointed with arby’s.

This Arby’s always serves fast, fresh food that looks like the picture!. The staff is always friendly. I think the franchise owner is always on site, working his tail off. Best Arby’s I’ve been to in many years! I like the crispy fish sandwich, crinkle fries and jalapeño poppers. And, of course, a jamocha shake.

We came at lunchtime for roast beef, had to wait for someone to take our order only to find out they’d run out of roast beef and wouldn’t have any for more than an hour. We turned around and walked out. They did not have the meats!

We had hands down The best service ever from a fast food restaurant. everything was hot and fresh Melissa the shift manager I do believe she works on 1st Shift I’m gonna double check and make sure that is her name but I gave her a tip my husband and I did because I’ve never had service like that ever in my life she didn’t even forget one condiment and that is the 1st thing to be forgotten especially when they have to bring your order out she needs like chief manager of the year or something

The Milkshakes! They are the best thick flavorful shakes that you can’t get anywhere else in town. The shake sizes are more true to expected size than any other restaurant in town. They are clean and very pleasant employees! The food is great too!

Food was good employees were friendly. Service was slow. It seemed that there were several new employees that didn’t know what to do and only two to three experienced people kind of guiding the others through their duties. Bathrooms were clean, as was the restaurant. Only real problem was the number of bees that were inside the restaurant. Afraid someone who is allergic is going to get stung.

Manager is a dear. Majority of staff is efficient & friendly. If not swamped, they have you take a seat & bring your food to the table…a nice touch. Food is delicious, but never hot…luke warm at best…don’t know how they pass Health Department “holding temp” requirement. Restaurant has been clean every visit ( I always dine in). Arby’s is a little expensive for me, but with frequent coupon specials I can swing it Once a week or so.
