Me and my wife love Dairy Queen very much but the staff at this location tend to be very rude and always rushed. We’ve had multiple occasions where they’ve went to put the lid on our blizzards and they weren’t fully on because they were so rushed. Oftentimes we will tell them that our food is to go and that we want it in a bag. Instead of putting it in a bag for us they will hand us the bag separately.

I came around 2:45 on Monday 10/21/24 and I ordered a large Oreo brownie blizzard and the price was CRAZY 7.60 for a large blizzard.. seriously??? And I didn’t know the blizzard came with vanilla ice cream it shows on the picture chocolate ice cream like make sense!! Never going back to this location again! Cute DQ on side of road – small parking lot but easy to get to. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and they had it out very quickly – nice service as well.

Management is rude! Hot dogs are stale blizzards don’t stay it there cup when you flip it and overall I was displeased with there customer service. Also my prima (ex-employee) showed me a picture of them serving ice cream that accidentally feel onto the floor and demanded she still served it. -1/10

I just moved here from quite a distance and there was a dairy Queen I used to visit once in a while because I’m watching my Weight & have been having extensive mouth surgeries. Which makes it difficult for me to eat just about anything.
At the dairy Queen where I’m from they knew me when I walked up and made what I wanted immediately.
I went to this dairy Queen once when I first got here after a mouth surgery and a very nice young lady named Autumn came up and asked me what I wanted. I explained to her the situation and she made it perfect.
When I came back the second time after surgery and it was crowded! Her and the other girls were so pleasant and keeping that line moving. Their customer service skills are extraordinary and they work hard. I was in retail management for a long time These girls are on the ball.
Autumn remembered me and before I can order she looked at me and named exactly what I wanted how I wanted it and why I wanted it that way
Everyone working there is so pleasant and everybody hanging outside was so nice. I’ll definitely be going back.
Thank you Autumn for remembering me and thank you girls for keeping that line moving and being so pleasant.
