I really loved going to this shop every week over my summer breaks. However, today I has a very bad experience that has made me hesitant to ever go back. I showed up at exactly 6:30 am and the employee showed up 6 minutes late. I ordered my shake/tea set with someone else and it was quite clear this was the employee’s first day of the job. She had to call someone else because she didn’t even know how much water and ice to put in the shakes or how to get hot water. The order took 30 minutes to complete. The shakes were not made correctly and tasted like just water and protein powder, I think the ice was forgotten. We ended up throwing them away but the teas were still drinkable. I do not blame this employee whatsoever as I don’t think I could do better in this situation. I think this reflects poorly on just on the business. I don’t know how a manager can let a person run a drink shop by themselves when they have no idea what they are doing.
On a final note, I will say usually the shakes there are really good and I enjoy the creativity they have every month releasing new limited time flavors.

Great place for Polk City to have! They have delicious meal replacement protein shakes in all flavors that taste so good it’s hard to believe they are healthy! They also have delicious clean energy drinks with little to no sugar! It’s worth checking out for sure! Owner and employees are so very sweet and helpful too!
